Written Questions for PE1360

1 November 2010 :   The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders on the grounds that the Education, Lifelong Learning and Culture Committee (ELLC) has no plans to examine the issues which have been raised in the petition as part of its work programme for the remainder of this Session of Parliament. Further, as the petition asks the Scottish Parliament to examine this issue and, in the light of the response by the ELLC Committee, there is no further action the Public Petitions Committee can take. <Link to Official Report 11 January 2011

9 November 2010 :   The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Parliament Education, Lifelong Learning and Culture Committee.
