Model Agreement on Co-operation with Third States.

  1. Subordinate Legislation—the Committee will consider the Criminal Legal Aid (Fixed Payments) (Scotland) Regulations 1999 (SSI 1999/48).

  2. Abolition of Poindings and Warrant Sales Bill—the Committee will consider options for dealing with the Bill at Stage 1.

  3. Scottish Prisons—the Committee will be invited to discuss the visits made by

members to HMP Low Moss and HMRI Longriggend.

S1M-162 Pauline McNeill: Breast Cancer—That the Parliament notes that breast cancer is the most commonly occurring cancer amongst women in Scotland; notes that early detection has saved many lives; and supports the work of Breakthrough Breast Cancer and the establishment of an all-party group on breast cancer, and encourages all MSPs to join it.
