*S1M-169# Cathy Jamieson: Co-operative and mutual sector in ScotlandThat the Parliament notes the significant contribution made by the co-operative and mutual sector in Scotland and its continued role in promoting social inclusion and community involvement through initiatives such as retail co-ops, food co-ops, housing co-ops, credit unions, community businesses and its youth movement, the Woodcraft Folk, and welcomes the recent setting up of the Scottish Co-operative and Mutual Forum which brings together co-operative organisations from across Scotland.
