S3W-16079 Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there is any statutory reason why deliveries of less than 500 litres of oil to residential homes are not permitted.

S3W-16080 Peter Peacock: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it was aware of a report by RPS Ecology on the ornithology of the site associated with the Gordonbush wind farm planning application when granting that application consent and whether it believes that the granting of consent is consistent with the findings of the report.

S3W-16081 Peter Peacock: To ask the Scottish Executive whether spending is increasing on the maintenance of road ditches and on keeping culverts, drains and ditches clear in order to reduce the risk of flooding.

S3W-16082 Peter Peacock: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it believes that the maintenance of road ditches, drains and culverts is adequate across Scotland in order to minimise flood risk.

S3W-16085 Jamie McGrigor: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-15623 by Richard Lochhead on 8 September 2008, why Less Favoured Area Support Scheme (LFASS) payments for 2008 will not be paid in 2008 and when LFASS payments for 2009 will be made.

S3W-16086 Richard Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive what the bed occupancy rates were in each hospital in NHS Grampian in each of the last four years.

S3W-16087 Richard Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive what discussion it has had with First Group about proposed fares increases in Aberdeen.

S3W-16109 Liam McArthur: To ask the Scottish Executive how many applications to the Land Managers Options mechanism have been received and how many have been (a) approved and (b) rejected, broken down by (i) option and (ii) size of allowance allocated, also showing percentages.

S3W-16110 Liam McArthur: To ask the Scottish Executive what proportion of Scottish farms receive allowances through the Land Managers Options mechanism.

S3W-16111 Liam McArthur: To ask the Scottish Executive what proportion of the total funds held under the Land Managers Options mechanism has been allocated.

S3W-16112 Liam McArthur: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress is being made towards the target of planting around 9,000 to 10,000 hectares of new forests and woodlands annually.
