S3W-13282 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the Cabinet Secretary for Justice has had discussions with the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Wellbeing regarding the impact on existing tenants, especially those of advancing years, of the allocation of houses in multi-storey blocks to people with a record of antisocial behaviour.

S3W-13283 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-11769 by Stewart Stevenson on 1 May 2008, what percentage of marginal profit would have been returned to the Scottish Government had the profit of the Scotrail franchise reached 30% per annum at 2007-08 prices under the previous franchise arrangements.

S3W-13284 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-11771 by Stewart Stevenson on 1 May 2008, whether the supporting evidence and information arising from the "thorough value for money assessment" referred to can be considered confidential now that the contract for the Scotrail franchise extension has been signed, in light of rulings on such exemptions by the Scottish Information Commissioner, and when this information will be made publicly available.

S3W-13285 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive when ministers indicated to FirstGroup plc their willingness to discuss terms on which an extension of the Scotrail franchise might be offered.

S3W-13286 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive whether appropriate rehearsal and office accommodation which fully meets the needs of the National Theatre of Scotland has now been found.

S3W-13287 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it accepts the evidence provided by Professor Glen Bramley that Bearsden and Milngavie is the district with the highest level of unmet need in Scotland; whether East Dunbartonshire Council will be given a share of the £25 million for council house building to build new houses in the Bearsden and Milngavie area and, if so, how many houses this share will fund the construction of.

S3W-13288 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has communicated to disability groups its decision that no changes will be made to the eligibility criteria for the Scotland-wide free bus travel scheme, which exclude those on the lower rate of disability allowance, and whether it will also inform all members who supported motion S3M-596 in the name of Angela Constance but who did not vote in favour of motion S3M-1246 in the name of Des McNulty (as lodged), which favoured extending the eligibility criteria to include those on the lower rate of disability allowance.

S3W-13289 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-12608 by Nicola Sturgeon on 8 May 2008, what the breakdown will be of the £135 million provided from within the capital allocation to NHS boards in each financial year for the New Southern General Hospital.

S3W-13290 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-12608 by Nicola Sturgeon on 8 May 2008, how much will remain in each year from the capital allocation after funding for the New Southern General Hospital has been excluded.

S3W-13292 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive what the outcomes were of the scoping seminar held on 13 May 2008 to discuss arrangements for the distribution of funding from the UK unclaimed assets scheme; how much money is likely to be available in the current financial year, and what the reasons are for any delay in allocating this resource.
