S3W-8582 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of mothers in the NHS Tayside area were recorded at their six-to-eight-week review as breastfeeding in the most recent year for which figures are available.

S3W-8583 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive how many full-time university students domiciled in the (a) Dundee City, (b) Angus and (c) Aberdeenshire local authority areas have been in receipt of bursaries in the most recent academic year for which figures are available.

S3W-8584 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive how many dental students attended Dundee Dental School in each undergraduate year in the most recent academic year for which figures are available.

S3W-8587 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive what the cost will be and what resources will be made available from 2008-09 to increase the percentage of all three to five-year-olds in NHS Tayside who are registered with a dentist from 75% in June 2007 to 80% by 2010-11, as promised by the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Wellbeing on 12 December 2007 (Official Report c. 4291).

S3W-8592 Derek Brownlee: To ask the Scottish Executive what the relevant figures under section 2(2)(b)(i) and section 2(2)(b)(ii) of the Public Finance and Accountability (Scotland) Act 2000 would be for each month in 2008-09 in the event of section 2 being relevant.

S3W-8596 Malcolm Chisholm: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-7677 by Stewart Maxwell on 20 December 2007, what the total value is of the (a) More Choices More Chances and (b) Workforce Plus funds in 2007-08 and on what basis the social inclusion element of each fund was calculated.

S3W-8597 Claire Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answers to question S3F-191 on 4 October 2007 indicating the Executive’s commitment to match the previous administration’s school building programme brick for brick and not to use the private finance initiative for this purpose (Official Report c. 2465), how it intends to finance its school building programme and when the necessary finance will become available.

S3W-8598 Claire Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to provide access to funding over and above its three-year settlement to Fife Council for new school buildings in each of the next three financial years.

S3W-8606 Hugh O’Donnell: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-8259 by Richard Lochhead on 17 January 2008, how it will specifically allocate the £154 million retained portion of the Strategic Waste Fund.

S3W-8607 George Foulkes: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it supports the reported comments by the Cabinet Secretary for Justice to Portobello High School Parents Council on 14 January 2008 that, as a result of the local government settlement, councils no longer apply to the Scottish Government for additional capital funding as they have been allocated additional budget to use as they see fit.

S3W-8608 George Foulkes: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it supports the reported comments by the Cabinet Secretary for Justice to Portobello High School Parents Council on 14 January 2008 that City of Edinburgh Council does not need to present a business case or apply to the Scottish Government for funding for a new Portobello High School and that, once it has decided to commit to a new school, the council must determine how to fund the project from its own resources.

S3W-8609 Karen Gillon: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-7864 by Adam Ingram on 17 January 2008, how much of the £34 million will be allocated to South Lanarkshire, regardless of whether or not it has been ring-fenced.

S3W-8610 Karen Gillon: To ask the Scottish Executive which third sector organisations will be funded directly by the Scottish Government and how much each organisation will receive in (a) 2008-09, (b) 2009-10 and (c) 2010-11.

S3W-8611 Karen Gillon: To ask the Scottish Executive how much of the £45 million previously allocated by the Scottish Government for flood alleviation and now part of the local government settlement will be allocated to South Lanarkshire Council in (a) 2008-09, (b) 2009-10 and (c) 2010-11.

S3W-8612 Karen Gillon: To ask the Scottish Executive how much was allocated to South Lanarkshire Council for 2007-08 to provide nursery places to vulnerable two-year-olds and how much will be allocated to it as part of the local government settlement that was previously ring-fenced for this purpose in (a) 2008-09, (b) 2009-10 and (c) 2010-11.
