S3W-8521 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive what action is being taken to identify and address the risk of suicide in the treatment programmes for people with drug and alcohol addiction.

S3W-8522 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive which residential establishments treat (a) bipolar disorder and (b) depression as part of drug and alcohol detoxification and rehabilitation.

S3W-8523 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive what advice should be given to young children and adults using mobile phones in response to Mobile Telecommunications and Health Research Programme Report 2007.

S3W-8531 Richard Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people in (a) Aberdeen and (b) Grampian were admitted to accident and emergency wards with injuries resulting from alcohol-related violence in each month from 2003 to 2007.

S3W-8532 Richard Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people in (a) Aberdeen and (b) Grampian were victims of (i) manslaughter or (ii) murder caused by alcohol-related violence from 2003 to 2007.

S3W-8538 Liam McArthur: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3O-101 by Richard Lochhead on 7 June 2007, what progress has been made on the review of the EU agricultural subsidies appeals procedure; what the membership is of the group undertaking the review; what bodies or individuals have been consulted by those undertaking the review; whether the remit of the review includes consideration of the scale of the penalties applied, and when the outcome of the review is expected to be announced.

S3W-8539 Liam McArthur: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-3672 by Stewart Stevenson on 13 September 2007, what progress has been made on the study into the use of road equivalent tariff to set ferry fares on services to the northern and western isles; which stakeholders (a) have met or (b) are still to meet the consultants undertaking the study; what stage has been reached in the choice of ferry route or routes to be used for the road equivalent tariff pilot and when the choice will be announced, and when it is expected that the overall study will be completed and its conclusions and recommendations announced.

S3W-8558 Stuart McMillan: To ask the Scottish Executive whether car parking charges will not be introduced at Inverclyde Royal Hospital, Vale of Leven Hospital or Royal Alexandra Hospital if all measures to manage car parking at these hospitals are undertaken by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and it is proved that charges are not justified at the hospitals which were not included in the original consultation exercise carried out by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

S3W-8559 Joe FitzPatrick: To ask the Scottish Executive what the implications would be of cutting the Roads Improvements budget by £20 million (a) in the next year and (b) over the next three years.

S3W-8560 Joe FitzPatrick: To ask the Scottish Executive which projects could be at risk if (a) £15 million, (b) £20 million and (c) £25 million were cut from the Capital Works budget over the period of the spending review.

S3W-8561 Joe FitzPatrick: To ask the Scottish Executive what the implications would be if £10 million per annum was cut from the Routine and Winter Maintenance level 3 budget line for the next three years.

S3W-8569 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive how and where survivors of historic in-care and institutional abuse can access the appropriate services that they require to help them to recover from the effects of the physical and psychological damage caused by such abuse; when specific proposals for survivors of historic in-care and institutional abuse will be brought forward as part of the Scottish Government’s wider Survivor Scotland strategy for survivors of childhood sexual abuse, and who the providers of the services will be.

S3W-8570 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive what the estimated cost is of the inquiry being led by Mr Eddie Frizzell into what went wrong at Kerelaw school.

S3W-8571 Claire Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-5123 by Stewart Stevenson on 5 November 2007, whether Fife Council has submitted its proposed revisions to the Fife Structure Plan and, if so, when it did so.
