S3W-7892 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-7521 by John Swinney on 13 December 2007, whether the determination of the planning application on the proposed Trump development, now that it has been called in, will specifically consider the extent to which it contributes towards or detracts from the target of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 80% by 2050 as a relevant material consideration.
