S3W-6896 Hugh Henry: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will list any local authorities that charge for the preparation of meals despite the Executive’s guidance on free personal care.

S3W-6906 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-41 by Nicola Sturgeon on 31 May 2007, whether it is yet aware of any members of the community engagement panel involved in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s review of services at the Vale of Leven Hospital who are satisfied with the process or the outcome of that review.

S3W-6907 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive what time targets apply to the ambulance service for responding to emergency calls and what times are actually achieved for the Vale of Leven Hospital catchment area, broken down by local authority ward.

S3W-6908 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive how many births have taken place at community midwife-led units at (a) the Vale of Leven Hospital, (b) Inverclyde Hospital and (c) the Royal Alexandra Hospital in each year since the inception of the units.

S3W-6909 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive when NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde last advertised for staff for the Vale of Leven Hospital and what the nature was of the posts advertised.

S3W-6910 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive when NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde last advertised for an anaesthetist for the Vale of Leven Hospital.

S3W-6911 Richard Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive what new funding arrangements have been agreed with universities for the 2008-11 spending review period following the Cabinet Secretary for Education and Lifelong Learning’s meeting with university principals on 22 November 2007.

S3W-6912 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress has been made towards the production of a draft Bill on flooding.

S3W-6914 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive how it will ensure that the capital grant allocated to local authorities for flood defence schemes will be spent on sustainable flood management, in accordance with declared government policies.

S3W-6916 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive how any underspend from the capital grant allocations to local authorities for flood defence schemes will be used.

S3W-6919 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive what allocations have been made to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency or other appropriate authority under the 2007 spending review to prepare for the implementation of the EU floods directive.

S3W-6920 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive what reduction in carbon emissions is estimated to be achieved by 2011 under each of the new measures that the Scottish Government has identified as measures intended to deliver carbon savings in the spending review announced on 14 November 2007.

S3W-6921 John Lamont: To ask the Scottish Executive whether local authorities are permitted to sell property at a price that they consider to represent best value, even in circumstances where this does not represent the highest price.

S3W-6922 Margaret Smith: To ask the Scottish Executive how much of its budget for promoting equality will be allocated to providing support services for women and children affected by domestic abuse and those affected by the broader issues of violence against women in (a) 2008-09, (b) 2009-10 and (c) 2010-11 at 2007-08 prices, also showing the year-on-year percentage changes in real terms.

S3W-6923 Margaret Smith: To ask the Scottish Executive how much of its budget will be allocated to tackling violence against women, providing support to victims of domestic abuse and helping those affected by the broader issues of violence against women in (a) 2008-09, (b) 2009-10 and (c) 2010-11 at 2007-08 prices, also broken down by funding stream.

S3W-6924 Pauline McNeill: To ask the Scottish Executive how much of the expenditure for Safer Communities planned for the 2007-08 budget has been transferred to local authority grant aided expenditure for 2008-09.

S3W-6925 Pauline McNeill: To ask the Scottish Executive how much of the expenditure for Safer Communities planned for the 2007-08 budget has been transferred to local authority grant aided expenditure for 2008-09 in real terms.

S3W-6926 Pauline McNeill: To ask the Scottish Executive whether any part of the local authority grant aided expenditure in the draft budget for 2009-10 will include funds for Safer Communities.

S3W-6927 Pauline McNeill: To ask the Scottish Executive whether any part of the local authority grant aided expenditure in the draft budget for 2010-11 will include funds for Safer Communities.
