S3W-4629 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will amend Planning Advice Note (PAN) 65: Planning and Open Space in relation to the section entitled "Council or developers making arrangements with a suitable third party, for example, the Scottish Greenbelt Company, for long term maintenance", in light of the concerns raised in Trish Godman’s Members’ Business debate on 6 September 2007 (Official Report c. 1565) on this subject and by Jim Devine MP at Westminster.

S3W-4645 Gil Paterson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many applications to the courts for interdicts and exclusion orders under the Matrimonial Homes (Family Protection) (Scotland) Act 1981 and the Protection from Abuse (Scotland) Act 2001 and non-harassment orders under the Protection from Harrassment Act 1997 in (a) 2003-04, (b) 2004-05 and (c) 2005-06 were funded by grants of civil legal aid.

S3W-4646 Gil Paterson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many grants of civil legal aid for interdicts and exclusion orders under the Matrimonial Homes (Family Protection) (Scotland) Act 1981 and the Protection from Abuse (Scotland) Act 2001 and non-harassment orders under the Protection from Harrassment Act 1997 in (a) 2003-04, (b) 2004-05 and (c) 2005-06 were offered subject to payment of contributions from the applicants.

S3W-4647 Gil Paterson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many offers of grants of civil legal aid for interdicts and exclusion orders under the Matrimonial Homes (Family Protection) (Scotland) Act 1981 and the Protection from Abuse (Scotland) Act 2001 and non-harassment orders under the Protection from Harrassment Act 1997 in (a) 2003-04, (b) 2004-05 and (c) 2005-06 were turned down by the applicants because they were unable to afford to pay the contributions.

S3W-4648 Gil Paterson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many grants of civil legal aid were made to pursue or defend actions in the civil courts relating to applications for contact, residence and parental rights and responsibilities orders under section 11 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 in (a) 2003-04, (b) 2004-05 and (c) 2005-06.

S3W-4649 Gil Paterson: To ask the Scottish Executive what scale of contributions was requested from applicants for civil legal aid to pursue or defend actions in the civil courts relating to applications for contact, residence and parental rights and responsibilities orders under section 11 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 in (a) 2003-04, (b) 2004-05 and (c) 2005-06 and how many applicants turned down offers of grants because they were unable to pay the contributions.

S3W-4650 Gil Paterson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many actions have been brought to court in the last 10 years for breaches of interdicts with power of arrest attached under the Matrimonial Homes (Family Protection) (Scotland) Act 1981 or the Protection from Abuse (Scotland) Act 2001 and what the court decisions were in respect of such actions.

S3W-4651 Ross Finnie: To ask the Scottish Executive what the intake levels have been for student nurses and midwives in each of the last three years.

S3W-4652 Ross Finnie: To ask the Scottish Executive what data it collects on intake levels for student nurses and midwives.

S3W-4653 Ross Finnie: To ask the Scottish Executive what the level of funding was for student nurse and midwife pre-registration education in the last three years for which figures are available.

S3W-4654 Ross Finnie: To ask the Scottish Executive what data it collects on funding for student nurses and midwives.

S3W-4655 Ross Finnie: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will make an announcement about the intake of student nurses and midwives for 2008-09 and whether it anticipates that the intake for this period will be lower than in previous years.

S3W-4656 Ross Finnie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it can confirm that funding for pre-registration nursing and midwifery will continue at current levels.

S3W-4657 Liam McArthur: To ask the Scottish Executive how many meetings (a) ministers and (b) officials have had with Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH) since 4 May 2007 to discuss the implications for single farm payments of SNH management agreements and what decisions were reached as a result of such meetings.
