S3W-4536 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive how many serving police officers have been convicted of criminal offences in each year since 1999, broken down by force.

S3W-4537 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive how many road traffic accidents have involved police pursuits in each year since 1999, broken down by force area.

S3W-4538 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive how many police officers have been injured at work (a) accidentally or (b) as a result of assault in each year since 1999, broken down by force.

S3W-4552 Tavish Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-4066 by Stewart Stevenson on 20 September 2007, whether it plans to consider setting limits on the charges that Scottish Water can apply to domestic water and sewerage customers lower than those currently set by the Water Industry Commission for Scotland and, if so, whether this consideration could include setting a freeze on water charges in line with its proposed freeze on council tax charges in 2008-09.

S3W-4553 Hugh O’Donnell: To ask the Scottish Executive how many instances of assault on police officers have been reported to procurators fiscal in each court jurisdiction in each of the last five years.

S3W-4554 Hugh O’Donnell: To ask the Scottish Executive how many charges of assault on police officers have been deserted or abondoned in each court jurisdiction in each of the last five years.

S3W-4555 Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive under what circumstances an individual may acquire the birth or marriage certificate of another individual without their consent.

S3W-4556 John Farquhar Munro: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will seek a temporary derogation from the EU birds directive to allow the sale of resident population greylag geese shot in the open season.

S3W-4557 Claire Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-3854 by Stewart Stevenson on 18 September 2007, what the estimated costs would be, at 2006 prices, to strengthen the decking of a new Forth Bridge during its lifetime as opposed to when initially constructed.

S3W-4558 Claire Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-3854 by Stewart Stevenson on 18 September 2007, what the estimated costs would be, at 2006 prices, to convert one of the two proposed bored tunnels from road use to light rail use during the lifetime of the new Forth crossing.

S3W-4561 Claire Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-3561 by Adam Ingram on 5 September 2007, when proposals to increase public awareness of the national Child Protection Line will be discussed with the national working group for this project and with child protection committees.
