S3W-4361 John Park: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to the second supplementary to question S3O-503 by Stewart Stevenson on 6 September 2007 (Official Report c. 1515), how it intends to maintain traffic over the River Forth at 2006 levels; why it has chosen figures for 2006 as a maximum level; what contingency plans it intends to make if it is unable to prevent increased traffic for all modes over the Forth; whether it has considered the economic implications of restricting traffic to 2006 levels, and, if so, what the economic impact is estimated to be of such restrictions.

S3W-4389 Michael McMahon: To ask the Scottish Executive when it expects the equality and diversity impact assessments of all NHS boards to be published.

S3W-4390 Jamie Stone: To ask the Scottish Executive whether Sure Start Scotland will continue to operate beyond March 2008 and, if not, what plans it has to establish an alternative funding stream to support community groups, such as Home-Start Caithness.

S3W-4391 John Farquhar Munro: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will renew the Eilean Ban Trust’s lease on Eilean Ban when the current lease runs out and, if so, in renewing the lease, whether it will provide the trust with long-term security to ensure a sustainable future for the island for the benefit of the local community.
