S3W-4215 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-2935 by Shona Robison on 23 August 2007, what discretion Dr Andrew Walker has to undertake a full option appraisal as part of his independent scrutiny of proposals for service change to accident and emergency services in Lanarkshire and Ayrshire.

S3W-4216 Robert Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive what monitoring it is undertaking of the effectiveness of its policies on tackling rough sleeping.

S3W-4217 Robert Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive what its latest estimate is of the number of rough sleepers, broken down by local authority area.

S3W-4218 Robert Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps it is taking to tackle the issue of overcrowded housing and houses in illegal multiple occupancy among migrant workers.

S3W-4219 Robert Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will set up an independent commission or inquiry into the requirements of a strategy for private rented houses across Scotland, including houses in multiple occupancy.

S3W-4220 Derek Brownlee: To ask the Scottish Executive how many copies of Sustainable Development in Scotland: A review of progress by the Scottish Executive were printed; to whom they were distributed, and what the total cost was of (a) printing, design and associated costs and (b) delivery and distribution and associated costs.

S3W-4221 Derek Brownlee: To ask the Scottish Executive what guidance it has provided to the Sustainable Development Commission Scotland in relation to expenditure on (a) advertising and (b) publications.

S3W-4222 Derek Brownlee: To ask the Scottish Executive what expenditure has been incurred under its contract for design, print and publication services, due to expire on 3 October 2007, broken down by year, and what additional expenditure is projected to be incurred for the remainder of the contract term.
