S3W-1147 Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there is any mechanism through which a landowner may appeal against a decision by inquiry reporters not to allow land to be included in a local plan.

S3W-1149 Marilyn Livingstone: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps are being taken to develop and implement national standards for chronic lung diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma and sleep apnoea.

S3W-1150 Marilyn Livingstone: To ask the Scottish Executive what resources are available to assist people with lung disease to have a choice of high-quality palliative and end-of-life care.

S3W-1184 Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Scottish Executive how many NHS workers were waiting for their new salary bandings to be applied under Agenda for Change, broken down by health profession and NHS board in each year since 2004 and how many are currently waiting.

S3W-1185 Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Scottish Executive what the estimated outstanding amount to be paid to NHS workers is as a result of salary bandings following Agenda for Change.

S3W-1186 Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Scottish Executive how many NHS workers who have received their new salary bandings under Agenda for Change have been made financially worse off as a result, expressed also as a percentage of the total number of NHS staff who have been regraded and broken down by health profession and NHS board in each year since 2004.

S3W-1187 Duncan McNeil: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there are any plans to review the guidelines governing access to NHS fertility services.

S3W-1188 Cathie Craigie: To ask the Scottish Executive how many children will be involved in the pilot scheme starting in October 2007 to provide free school meals for P1 to P3 pupils.

S3W-1189 David McLetchie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will publish a list of all requests for information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 which were received by it from MSPs who were members of the SNP parliamentary group in the last Parliament and which were refused in whole or in part, showing the (a) name of member, (b) subject matter of the inquiry, (c) date of the request, (d) date of the refusal and (e) reason given for the refusal.

S3W-1190 Elizabeth Smith: To ask the Scottish Executive what proportion of classes in (a) English, (b) mathematics and (c) in total are set by ability in non-streamed local authority secondary schools, broken down by year of study.

S3W-1191 Hugh O’Donnell: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to develop its links with, and the role of, the Scottish Youth Parliament.

S3W-1192 Derek Brownlee: To ask the Scottish Executive how many and what percentage of people were long-term unemployed in each local authority ward in Dumfries and Galloway on the most recent date for which figures are available.

S3W-1193 Derek Brownlee: To ask the Scottish Executive how many and what percentage of people were long-term unemployed in each local authority area in the South of Scotland parliamentary region on the most recent date for which figures are available.
