S3W-511 John Lamont: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it will take to improve doctors’ out-of-hours services in the Scottish Borders.

S3W-512 John Lamont: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will support the reopening and development of Jedburgh and Coldstream hospitals in the Scottish Borders, in light of its decision to support the retention of accident and emergency services at Ayr and Monklands hospitals.

S3W-513 John Lamont: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will support local communities that object to the building of new wind farm developments in the Scottish Borders.

S3W-514 Rhoda Grant: To ask the Scottish Executive when it intends to publish the report on the evaluation of the Rural Voices programme which funded action research projects in rural communities and whether it will consider reviving Rural Voices as part of the new Scottish Rural Development Programme.

S3W-536 Peter Peacock: To ask the Scottish Executive whether a local authority councillor, who declares a principled opposition to particular types of development which may become the subject of planning applications, can thereafter take part in any consideration of any planning application concerning that type of development.

S3W-537 Peter Peacock: To ask the Scottish Executive when it expects to announce continuation of the Violence Against Women Fund; whether it is proposing any steps to assist local authorities to match any funds that it makes available, and whether any delay in announcing funding has had an impact on any projects run by voluntary organisations across Scotland.

S3W-538 Peter Peacock: To ask the Scottish Executive what importance it attaches to the funding to support parenting orders which has been provided to sustain family support work in a variety of contexts and which is designed to enable families to operate effectively in family units.

S3W-539 John Park: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to consult local people adjacent to the Forth Road Bridge on its intention to remove tolls from the crossing.

S3W-540 John Park: To ask the Scottish Executive what measures will be put in place to ensure appropriate filtering onto the Forth Road Bridge if tolls are removed.

S3W-541 John Park: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to alleviate traffic in the Rosyth area if the Forth Road Bridge is closed to heavy goods vehicles in 2013-14.
