S3W-188 Bill Aitken: To ask the Scottish Executive how many prisoners were released early under the Management of Offenders etc. (Scotland) Act 2005 from the granting of Royal Assent until 31 March 2007.

S3W-189 Bill Aitken: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage length of the sentence imposed was served on average by prisoners released early under the Management of Offenders etc. (Scotland) Act 2005.

S3W-190 Irene Oldfather: To ask the Scottish Executive what analysis it has carried out of the presence of the spurdog species in sea lochs.

S3W-191 Irene Oldfather: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is aware of any threat to the spurdog species caused by overfishing, particularly in light of concerns that reproductive females, which are pregnant for nearly two years, are targeted by fisheries due to their large size.
