3. Instruments not laid before the Parliament: The Committee will consider the following—

the Criminal Proceedings etc. (Reform) (Scotland) Act 2007 (Commencement and Savings) Order 2007, (SSI 2007/250);
the Poultry Breeding Flocks and Hatcheries (Scotland) Order 2007, (SSI 2007/254); and
