S2W-32050 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide details of the number of carbon sequestration rights that have been granted from 1999 to 2007 and the operations of the companies to whom such rights have been granted.

S2W-32052 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is considering issuing guidance to accompany Scottish Ministers’ Code of Practice on the Discharge of Functions by Public Authorities Under the Freedom of Information Act 2002, in light of comments by the Scottish Information Commissioner in Decision 149/2006 that the Executive’s interpretation of the words in a freedom of information request were "unreasonable and even perverse".

S2W-32086 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive when the Minister for Environment and Rural Development intends to reply further to my letter of 18 January 2007 (ref.2006/0040838) regarding the Scottish Agricultural Wages Board.

S2W-32087 Ms Maureen Watt: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people have entered teacher training in each year since 1999, broken down by (a) gender, (b) ethnic background and (c) disability.

S2W-32089 Trish Godman: To ask the Scottish Executive how many (a) beds, (b) day care places and (c) residential facilities there are for individuals suffering from chronic eating disorders, broken down by NHS board.

S2W-32090 Trish Godman: To ask the Scottish Executive whether proposals are in place anent the introduction of a system of administrative penalties for fisheries offences committed by the skippers or owners of fishing vessels in fishing grounds policed by the Scottish Fisheries Protection Agency and whether such a legal procedure could be used in respect of offenders whose vessels are registered in other European Union states.
