S2W-31695 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-31493 by Sarah Boyack on 6 February 2007, what estimate it has made of the total cost to the agricultural sector of implementing Integrated Pollution Prevention Control measures.

S2W-31696 Mr Jim Wallace: To ask the Scottish Executive how much each of its departments allocated to voluntary bodies, including sums channelled through local authorities, in each year from 1999-2000 to 2005-06.

S2W-31697 Mr Jim Wallace: To ask the Scottish Executive what research it has undertaken in relation to the use of short-term funding initiatives and the subsequent mainstreaming of such funded activities.

S2W-31698 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what the three most common categories of calls attended by each fire and rescue service were in each of the last three years and what the total numbers were in each category (a) nationally and (b) broken down by service, also expressed as a percentage of all calls attended.

S2W-31705 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-30229 by Mr Andy Kerr on 6 February 2007, why there was a delay in giving a substantive answer to this question; what the median length of time is for giving substantive answers to parliamentary questions, and what the 10 longest delays were for in giving such answers during Session 2 of the Parliament.

S2W-31706 Alasdair Morgan: To ask the Scottish Executive what procedures are in place to monitor the introduction of genetically modified crops to farms in Scotland and whether it has any information on any penetration by seeds of the Roundup Ready canola genetically modified variety of rapeseed patented by Monsanto Inc.

S2W-31707 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive on how many occasions special advisers have been consulted on responses to freedom of information requests and what the Executive’s policy is on the role of special advisers in preparing its responses to freedom of information requests.

S2W-31708 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many complaints of harassment or bullying have been made by employees of the NHS in each year since 1999.

S2W-31709 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of women were examined by a breast cancer specialist within two weeks of a referral from their general practitioner in each of the last eight quarters.

S2W-31710 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of prisoners sentenced for crimes involving violence have been granted home detention curfews in each of the last five years.

S2W-31711 Murdo Fraser: To ask the Scottish Executive whether all local authorities are complying with the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004.

S2W-31712 Murdo Fraser: To ask the Scottish Executive how it monitors whether local authorities are fully implementing and complying with the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004.

S2W-31713 Murdo Fraser: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is satisfied with the impact that the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004 has had on the care of children with additional support needs.

S2W-31717 Donald Gorrie: To ask the Scottish Executive what measures are in place to encourage as many young people as possible from ethnic minority communities to take part in sport.

S2W-31718 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there are plans to introduce new arrangements for the acquisition of housing land by local authorities and, if so, whether such plans include a proposal to prevent Communities Scotland from compensating authorities for the purchase of land that is acquired for affordable housing.
