S2W-31625 Colin Fox: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the Accountant in Bankruptcy has the power to consider what remedies are available to Farepak customers in Scotland in receipt of benefits under the Social Security Administration Act 1992 with regard to recovering monies lost and, if so, what action the Accountant in Bankruptcy has taken in this respect.

S2W-31626 Brian Adam: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-31300 by Robert Brown on 1 February 2007, whether it will consider setting up a fund to support local authorities in providing increased teaching of English as an additional language.

S2W-31627 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to increase the number of average speed cameras on the road network.

S2W-31629 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive how much it has paid out under the Central Energy Efficiency Fund.

S2W-31630 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-31083 by Mr Andy Kerr on 29 January 2007, whether it will provide the statistics for each year since NHS 24’s inception using the formula that applied before 2005.

S2W-31631 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive whether applications for financial support from Phase 2 of the Strategic Waste Fund will be expected to be fully compatible with the guiding principles of the National Waste Plan.

S2W-31632 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has met the Glass and Glazing Federation to discuss compliance with the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 regarding replacement windows and, if not, whether it plans to meet it on the issue.

S2W-31633 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it would consider removing replacement windows from Schedule 3 of the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 if evidence were presented that this would lead to greater compliance levels and, if so, what its timetable for such a change would be.
