S2W-31243 Mr Jim Wallace: To ask the Scottish Executive how many individuals in (a) Orkney and (b) the rest of the Highlands and Islands were registered under the Air Discount Scheme at 1 January 2007.

S2W-31244 Mr Jim Wallace: To ask the Scottish Executive how many Orkney residents have registered for concessionary ferry travel under the national concessionary travel scheme.

S2W-31245 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive what the re-offending rate was of non-violent offenders who received a (a) non-custodial and (b) custodial sentence of less than three months in each of the last five years.

S2W-31246 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many and what percentage of people convicted of a non-violent offence (a) received a custodial sentence, (b) received a custodial sentence of less than three months and (c) served a custodial sentence of less than three months in each of the last five years.

S2W-31250 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive, in light of the statement in a letter from the Office of Rail Regulation to Transport Scotland that the Stirling-Alloa-Kincardine railway line project could not have been undertaken without the prospect of higher charges being made, what decision will now be taken in respect of whether higher charges will be sought from freight or passenger operators and what consideration was given to the potential for such charges during the progress through the Parliament of the Stirling-Alloa-Kincardine Railway and Linked Improvements Bill.

S2W-31251 Ms Maureen Watt: To ask the Scottish Executive how many junior doctors have been found to be in breach of New Deal working hour limits in each year since 1999, also broken down by NHS board.

S2W-31252 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive how many and what percentage of school leavers entered full-time higher or further education in the (a) Angus and (b) Aberdeenshire local authority areas in each of the last three years for which figures are available.

S2W-31253 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive what dedicated funding has been made available to Angus and Aberdeenshire councils to tackle antisocial behaviour in each year since 2004-05.

S2W-31254 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive what funding has been made available to Angus Council for the improvement of local roads in 2006-07.

S2W-31255 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive how many council-owned houses in Angus are now centrally heated as a result of the Executive’s central heating programme.

S2W-31261 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive how many students from low-income backgrounds in the (a) Angus and (b) Aberdeenshire local authority areas have had their university fees paid in each year since 2002-03.

S2W-31262 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive how much has been spent in the (a) Angus and (b) Aberdeenshire local authority areas in each year since 2003 on (i) Bus Service Operators Grant, (ii) Bus Route Development Grant, (iii) the Rural Community Transport Initiative, (iv) the Rural Public Passenger Transport Grants Scheme, (iv) demand-responsive transport and (v) public transport and integrated transport funds.

S2W-31263 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive how many recipients of council tax benefit aged 60 or over there were in (a) Angus and (b) Aberdeenshire local authority areas in each of the last three years for which the information is available, also showing what percentage of the over-60 age group they represented. 

S2W-31264 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive what the latest annual estimate is of the number of people earning the national minimum wage or below in the (a) Angus, (b) Gordon, (c) West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine and (d) Banff and Buchan parliamentary constituencies.

S2W-31265 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive what the overall change has been in the number of employee jobs since 2003 in the (a) Angus, (b) Gordon, (c) West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine and (d) Banff and Buchan parliamentary constituencies.

S2W-31266 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the quality standard regulations it sets for public sector landlords in relation to domestic properties also apply to the Ministry of Defence (MoD) in respect of the houses it provides in Scotland for members of the armed services and, if so, what discussions it has had with the MoD about the improvement or replacement of such housing and what the outcome was of such discussions.

S2W-31267 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive whether any owners of domestic properties used by military personnel are required to ensure that these properties meet the same quality standards as those set for any public sector landlords.

S2W-31268 Margo MacDonald: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide a breakdown of the joint ministerial (a) committee and (b) sub-committee meetings held since November 2005, including attendees.

S2W-31269 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-30546 by Rhona Brankin on 18 January 2007, whether it will provide a breakdown of the investigations carried out into the Chirnsyde Initiative over the last five years and their outcomes.

S2W-31270 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-30544 by Rhona Brankin on 18 January 2007, why it has not made any representations to Glasgow City Council regarding the administration of the Chirnsyde Community Initiative.

S2W-31271 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-30545 by Rhona Brankin on 18 January 2007, whether it will detail the various funds it provides to local authorities and community planning partners for investment in community groups, also indicating how it monitors how the funding is subsequently allocated and spent.

S2W-31272 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive how much Glasgow City Council has received through the Community Regeneration Fund and other funds for investment in community groups and how the council has allocated this money, broken down by fund and group.

S2W-31273 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-30545 by Rhona Brankin on 18 January 2007, whether it will detail and explain those terms and conditions of Community Regeneration Fund grants that include the provision to withhold grants from local authorities if any allegations of malpractice come to light.

S2W-31274 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-30545 by Rhona Brankin on 18 January 2007, whether it will give details of what is meant by "if allegations of malpractice in these groups come to light".

S2W-31275 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-30545 by Rhona Brankin in 18 January 2007, whether it considers it appropriate that, if allegations of malpractice come to light which in turn could lead to the withholding of a grant to a local authority, the local authority responsible for administering the grant and in danger of losing the grant should be responsible for investigating such allegations and what the reasons are for its position on this matter.

S2W-31276 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress has been made in ensuring replacement community facilities for the Milton area, in light of the closure of Chirnsyde Community Initiative.

S2W-31278 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-30550 by Cathy Jamieson on 19 January 2007, whether the Minister for Justice will meet residents of Milton, Glasgow, to discuss the current situation in that area.

S2W-31279 Irene Oldfather: To ask the Scottish Executive what guidance it issues to NHS boards in relation to granting family members access to the medical records of deceased patients.
