S2W-31085 Mr Jim Wallace: To ask the Scottish Executive how financial contributions from modulation of single farm payments were spent in each year since the inception of modulated payments and what proposals there are with regard to planned expenditure of modulation payments in the next financial year.

S2W-31151 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-26217 by Mr Tom McCabe on 12 June 2006, whether it will now publish its Brix note, Fiscal Autonomy, Financial Independence and Full Fiscal Power, in light of recent public focus on this issue.

S2W-31152 Margo MacDonald: To ask the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body, whether it has any indication of what the energy efficiency rating of the Parliament might be under the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (2002/91/EC) now that the Scottish Executive has adopted the use of the asset-based energy rating methodology, Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM), as the principle non-domestic method for assessment of energy rating for non-domestic buildings.

S2W-31153 Margo MacDonald: To ask the Scottish Executive when guidance will be issued by the Scottish Building Standards Agency on how Articles 7, 8 and 9 of the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (2002/91/EC) will be implemented in Scotland.

S2W-31154 Margo MacDonald: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress has been made towards full compliance with the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (2002/91/EC), which came into force on 4 January 2006.

S2W-31155 Margo MacDonald: To ask the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body what preparations have been made regarding compliance with Articles 7, 8 and 9 of the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (92002/91/EC) in respect of the Parliament building.

S2W-31156 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many (a) permanent and (b) temporary exclusions from school there were in each year since 1999 and, of these, how many were as a result of (i) drug taking, (ii) selling drugs, (iii) violence towards other pupils, (iv) violence towards teachers, (v) vandalism of school property, (vi) theft of school property and (vii) possession of a weapon and how many were for other reasons.

S2W-31157 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how much was spent on repairing damage to schools caused by vandalism in each local education authority in each year since 1999.

S2W-31158 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many incidents involving (a) sale and (b) use of illegal drugs on school property have been reported in each local education authority in each year since 2000.

S2W-31159 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many offensive weapons were confiscated in (a) primary and (b) secondary schools in each year since 1999, broken down by local authority.

S2W-31160 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many teachers (a) were recruited and (b) retired in each year from 1997 to 2006, broken down by local authority.

S2W-31161 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive what the total change was in the number of beds in (a) the NHS and (b) each NHS board between 2004-05 and 2005-06.

S2W-31162 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive to what extent the circumstances in which rainbow trout may be introduced to inland waters are regulated and may be further regulated under the Aquaculture and Fisheries (Scotland) Bill or any other proposed freshwater fisheries legislation.

S2W-31163 Eleanor Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive what measures it has taken to ensure that genetically modified chickens, their eggs or any part thereof do not enter the food chain.
