S2W-20665 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive how many (a) sectarian, (b) Orange Order and (c) republican marches have been held in each local authority area annually since 1997, showing the (a) number of arrests at, and (b) cost of policing, the marches.

S2W-20666 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what the annual advertising budget for health promotion and awareness schemes has been since 1999, showing the percentage share given to (a) grassroots sports organisations and (b) advertising agencies and media companies.

S2W-20667 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what each NHS board’s annual budget has been since 1999 for the promotion of grassroots sports or the involvement of youngsters in a healthy lifestyle through sports participation.

S2W-20668 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-19545 by Colin Boyd QC on 25 October 2005, what the criteria are for opposing bail in respect of the offences listed in the question; at what level of seniority the decision is made; whether any record is made of whether or not the opposition to bail was successful and, if so, how the record is made and what information is retained.

S2W-20669 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive which projects have been successful in applying for funding from its International Development Fund and how much funding each project will receive.

S2W-20670 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive how many applications for funding from its International Development Fund have been rejected.

S2W-20671 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive what criteria are used to assess the concept notes which comprise the first stage of bidding for funding from its International Development Fund.

S2W-20672 Shona Robison: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it has taken to improve services for people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) since the Minister for Health and Community Care addressed the Celtic Conference on COPD in June 2005.

S2W-20673 Iain Smith: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to review the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Scotland) Order 1997 and, in particular, whether Class 9 should be amended in order that all premises subject to Housing in Multiple Occupation regulations should also require planning permission.

S2W-20674 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body whether it will take steps to ensure that the distinctive Scottish-definitive stamps, the lion rampant (first class) and saltire (second class) are available to MSPs in book and self-adhesive format.

S2W-20675 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it stands by the statement by the then Minister for Transport on Good Morning Scotland on 10 December 2004 that "We have to make sure that, if we are forced by Europe, that we have the very best prospect possible of CalMac winning that tender", in relation to the outcome of the Clyde and Hebridean ferry tendering process.

S2W-20676 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to broaden awareness of the housing and support needs of older lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people and whether it will adopt a recommendation contained in the report by Organisational Development and Support and Stonewall Scotland calling on Communities Scotland and other partners to publish guidance for LGBT people on this issue.

S2W-20677 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive how it monitors support services provided by the public sector for people from the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities.

S2W-20678 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what guidance it has issued to local authorities in respect of the provision of housing for people from the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities in each year since 2002.

S2W-20679 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive how many of its officials were directly involved, either in a monitoring or consultative role, during raids to remove the children of asylum seekers living in Scotland in each year since 2002.

S2W-20680 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive how many non-departmental public bodies (NDPBs) have had independent auditors and consultants brought in by the Executive to scrutinise datasets generated by the NDPBs in each year since 2002.

S2W-20681 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has received any communications from Disclosure Scotland during the last year in respect of disclosure certificates for Home Office officials working in Scotland.

S2W-20682 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has communicated with the Home Office in respect of a legal requirement to have Disclosure Scotland certificates for Home Office officials directly involved in the deportation of children of asylum seekers and, if so, when it last did so.

S2W-20683 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive how many Freedom of information requests it has received since 1 January 2005, broken down by (a) department and (b) division.

S2W-20684 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will publish the total known costs of administering and policing the G8 summit at Gleneagles in July 2005.

S2W-20685 Mrs Margaret Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive how many NHS boards have made bortezomib (Velcade) available to patients who have requested such treatment.

S2W-20686 Mrs Margaret Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive how many cases of E.coli have been found in (a) schools, (b) leisure centres, (c) hospitals and (d) businesses in each year since 1999, broken down by local authority area.
