S2W-16362 Brian Adam: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has bought land intended to be used for the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route under sections 103 and 104 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 and, if so, which plots were purchased, what price was paid for each plot, who the payee was and what the date of entry is in each case.

S2W-16363 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive what the Operational Research Consultancy (ORCON) standards have been for the Scottish Ambulance Service in each year since 1999, broken down by NHS board area.

S2W-16364 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the letters of 19 February and 27 October 2004 and 6 April 2005 from its Environment and Rural Affairs Department on the employment of foreign workers at Monaghan Mushrooms, Fenton Barns, East Lothian, what progress has been made regarding the employment of these workers and, in particular, the identification of agencies providing contract labour.

S2W-16365 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the letters of 19 February and 27 October 2004 and 6 April 2005 from its Environment and Rural Affairs Department on the employment of foreign workers at Monaghan Mushrooms, Fenton Barns, East Lothian, whether it has accessed the wage records of the foreign workers employed at Monaghan Mushrooms and what the reasons are for its position on the matter.

S2W-16366 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to reduce the number of NHS boards and, in the event that NHS Argyll and Clyde is reformed, whether its debt would be annulled or transferred in whole or in part to any successor body or bodies.

S2W-16385 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive, in light of the letter of 6 November 1995 from the Crown Office on the Skye Bridge toll order which indicates that the Crown Office was aware that the order was not published subordinate legislation, why it proceeded with criminal prosecutions of members of the public for alleged non-compliance with the order.

S2W-16386 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive, in light of information in the letter of 6 November 1995 from the Crown Office on the Skye Bridge toll order that criminal prosecution was being developed at a time when Lord Rodger of Earlsferry was Lord Advocate, whether the present Lord Advocate will exercise his powers under section 188 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 to apply for the convictions, subsequently refused on appeal or at appeal by Lord Rodger acting as a High Court judge, to be set aside.

S2W-16387 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-8363 by Sarah Boyack on 18 July 2000 where it stated that the assignation statement relating to the Skye crossing toll order is not a probative document, whether the Lord Advocate will exercise his powers under section 188 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 to apply for resultant convictions to be set aside.

S2W-16388 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive, in light of the letter of 27 November 1995 from the Crown Office on the assignation statement in relation to the Skye Bridge which indicated that it was aware that the assignation statement to license toll charging to a third party was not a final or made document, whether the Executive will now make immediate arrangements for any tolls unlawfully demanded to be returned to a community trust fund for repayment.

S2W-16389 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive, in light of Lord Eassie’s opinion in Robbie the Pict v. Miller Civil Engineering 1999 SCLR Notes 749 questioning the validity of the memorandum proferred as the written consent of the Secretary of State to Miller Civil Engineering Ltd demanding tolls, whether the Executive will take any action in relation to those people prosecuted and those convicted due to non-payment of tolls on the Skye Bridge and, in particular, whether it will make reparation to them.

S2W-16390 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive how much the NHS has spent on capital equipment since 1990 in (a) cash and (b) real terms, broken down by NHS board.

S2W-16391 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive which NHS boards are using out-of-date CT scanners and other equipment in hospitals.
