PE837 Petition by Neil Hollow calling for the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Executive to actively use its influence to ensure that by the year 2020 all buildings in Scotland, including domestic, commercial and government buildings, should be fitted with at least one type of small-scale energy generation equipment, that such equipment should be brought within permitted development rights and that no charges for connecting to the grid should be made.

PE838 Petition by Sheila Carribine, on behalf of Low Valleyfield Community Council, calling for the Scottish Parliament, in the interests of road safety, to urge the Scottish Executive to review its policy in relation to roads design standards and encourage the publication of such standards and their proper and consistent application across Scotland.

PE839 Petition by Councillor Peter John Convery calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Executive to develop clear and concise guidance for local authorities on the use of moratorium to exclude telecommunication masts from being situated on council land.
