S2W-15341 Karen Gillon: To ask the Scottish Executive what consultation should be carried out before ambulance services are removed from a local area.

S2W-15342 Nora Radcliffe: To ask the Scottish Executive whether any further guidance has been issued on the judgement in the case of Shimizu (UK) v Westminster City Council since Circular 1/2001 was issued on 22 January 2001 and whether conservation area consent is required for partial demolition within any conservation area under the Town and Country Planning (Demolition which is not Development) (Scotland) Direction 2001.

S2W-15343 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive whether reminyl and other drugs for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease are to cease to be supplied under the NHS and, if so, what the reasons are for this decision.

S2W-15344Δ Maureen Macmillan: To ask the Scottish Executive when the network of wildlife conservation sites identified under the EC Habitats Directive will be formally designated as Special Areas of Conservation.

S2W-15345 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it is taking to promote and support mediation and related services for families that are separating.

S2W-15346 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive why funding to local mediation service providers has been discontinued under the Children, Young People and Families Unified Voluntary Sector Fund.

S2W-15347 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive how local authorities will fund family mediation services without incurring additional financial burdens.

S2W-15348 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive what direct support it will provide to family mediation services in light of the importance which the Family Law Bill places on such services.

S2W-15349 Alasdair Morgan: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it intends to (a) bring into force or (b) repeal section 24 of the Environment Act 1995.

S2W-15350 Mrs Nanette Milne: To ask the Scottish Executive why schoolchildren can no longer be placed in hospitals for work experience.

S2W-15351 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive what the total cost is of its public information campaign on the dangers of children contracting E.coli as a result of contact with farm animals, including publicity and promotional materials, and of this, what the cost is of advertising.

S2W-15352 Campbell Martin: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-14677 by Mr Andy Kerr on 4 March 2005, which public agencies, representative bodies and tattooing and skin and body piercing businesses were consulted during its consultation on the possible tighter regulation of skin and body piercing and when it will publish the outcome of the consultation.

S2W-15355 Colin Fox: To ask the Scottish Executive whether both new prisons at Addiewell and Low Moss will be privately operated.

S2W-15356 Colin Fox: To ask the Scottish Executive what aspects of the prison service would be different if its "bridge the gap" proposals were implemented.

S2W-15357 Colin Fox: To ask the Scottish Executive what assurances it will give to staff at HM Prison Low Moss that transfer requests to other parts of the prison estate will be respected whilst a new prison is built on the site.

S2W-15358 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive what the impact in Scotland will be of ending the Stamp duty: Disadvantaged Areas Relief referred to in the Chancellor of the Exchequer’s Budget 2005 announcement.

S2W-15359 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive what involvement it has had in the decision to establish a UK Stem Cell Foundation; what the foundation’s relationship will be with the Scottish Stem Cell Network; what funding the Executive will give to the foundation; how it will be represented directly, or indirectly, on the board of the foundation; which of its agencies will be involved with the foundation and what will be the nature of such involvement, and what potential the foundation has for the expansion of stem cell research and related activity in Scotland.

S2W-15363 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive in what circumstances a persistent offender would appear in court rather than receive an offer of a fiscal fine.

S2W-15364 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive whether court business will be significantly reduced by an increase in the number of fiscal fines offered to persistent offenders.
