S2W-13182 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-12168 by Malcolm Chisholm on 22 December 2004, what the underspend was in respect of the New Housing Partnership Programme for each of the 28 local authorities referred to.

S2W-13183 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-12168 by Malcolm Chisholm on 22 December 2004, what the underspend was in respect of the Rough Sleepers Initiative for each of the 11 local authorities referred to.

S2W-13184 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-12168 by Malcolm Chisholm on 22 December 2004, what the underspend from 1997 to 2004 was in respect of the Empty Homes Initiative for each of the 20 local authorities referred to.

S2W-13185 Shona Robison: To ask the Scottish Executive whether its publications previously distributed by The Stationery Office to NHS libraries post-free will continue to be post-free under the Blackwells’ contract for distribution of these documents.

S2W-13186 Shona Robison: To ask the Scottish Executive whether NHS budgets will be increased to accommodate any increased cost associated with receiving publications previously distributed post-free by The Stationery Office and which are now being distributed by Blackwells.

S2W-13187 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the forthcoming Animal Welfare Bill will provide any additional protection to that afforded by the Weeds Act 1959 in respect of the control of ragwort infestation in, or in proximity to, pastures grazed by horses or cattle.

S2W-13188 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the forthcoming Animal Welfare Bill will provide any additional protection to that afforded by the Weeds Act 1959 in respect of the control of ragwort infestation in, or in proximity to, pastures used for the production of forage crops to be consumed by horses or cattle.

S2W-13189 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive how many complaints it has received in each of the last five years regarding injurious weeds listed in the Weeds Act 1959, in total and broken down by local authority area.

S2W-13190 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive how many animals have died from ragwort poisoning in the last five years.

S2W-13191 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive how many enforcement orders it has served in each of the last five years in respect of each of the injurious weeds identified in the Weeds Act 1959.

S2W-13192 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive how many enforcement orders it has served over the last five years in respect of each of the injurious weeds identified in the Weeds Act 1959, broken down by local authority area.

S2W-13198 Sarah Boyack: To ask the Scottish Executive what impact the allocation of additional funding for road maintenance for 2006-07 and future years will have on (a) grant aided expenditure and (b) aggregate external finance in (i) 2004-05, (ii) 2005-06, (iii) 2006-07 and (iv) 2007-08.

S2W-13199 Sarah Boyack: To ask the Scottish Executive how the allocation of additional funds for road maintenance announced for 2006-07 and future years reflects the recent report by Audit Scotland on road maintenance in terms of road maintenance priorities.

S2W-13200 Bruce Crawford: To ask the Scottish Executive how many renewables certificates it has issued to Scottish Power to burn waste-derived fuel at Longannet Power Station in each of the last five years.

S2W-13201 Bruce Crawford: To ask the Scottish Executive what advice or guidance it provided to (a) the Scottish Environment Protection Agency and (b) Scottish Water in respect of the burning of waste-derived fuel at Longannet Power Station.
