S2W-10750 Nora Radcliffe: To ask the Scottish Executive what advice or guidance is available to local authorities and other public bodies on the integration of biodiversity conservation into their consideration of best value policies and what steps it has taken to promote such advice.

S2W-10751 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what level of funding has been provided for the development of clean technologies in each of the last five years, detailing the source of funding in each case.

S2W-10752 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what cabinet sub-committees have been established since 1999, detailing for each sub-committee (a) the dates of each meeting, (b) its membership, (c) when it was established and (d) where it meets.

S2W-10753 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what the level of expenditure was on developing renewable energy in each of the last three years, expressed also on a per capita basis, and how this expenditure compares to similar expenditure in other European countries.

S2W-10754 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many times each minister has travelled overseas on official duties since being appointed, detailing the destination and date of each visit.

S2W-10755 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to introduce more openness into the advice given by civil servants to ministers and whether it will seek to amend the 30-year rule and, if so, whether advice should be published in a shorter period and what that period should be.

S2W-10756 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the quality of civil service advice in respect of the Holyrood project given to the Minister for Finance and the First Minister in the Scottish Executive would have been impaired had it been made public at the time.

S2W-10757 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive how many prosecutions have taken place under the Protection from Abuse (Scotland) Act 2001 in each year since it came into force, broken down by sheriff court.

S2W-10758 Donald Gorrie: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to increase the personal expenses allowance for individuals in care homes from the current level of £18.10 per week.

S2W-10759 Dennis Canavan: To ask the Scottish Executive when it expects work to be (a) started and (b) completed on the new access and egress roads for the M876 at Bellsdyke, Larbert.

S2W-10760 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive what the number and rates of deaths from cancer have been in (a) Dundee, (b) Tayside and (c) Scotland in each year since 1999, expressed also as an index with 1999 as the base year.

S2W-10761 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive what representations have been made to the Strategic Rail Authority regarding the future of cross-country rail services in Scotland.

S2W-10762 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive what representations have been made to the Department for Transport regarding the future of the cross-country rail franchise.

S2W-10763 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive what discussions it has had with trade unions representing workers based in Scotland who are employed on cross-country rail services.

S2W-10764 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive where responsibility will lie for ensuring the continuation of cross-border rail services on cross-country and east coast mainline routes when Transport Scotland is established.

S2W-10765 Donald Gorrie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has established the operational co-ordination group, as referred to in recommendation 10 of Tackling Religious Hatred – Update on the recommendations of the cross-party working group on religious hatred, and, if so, who the members of the group are and, if the group has not been established, what the reasons are for any delay.

S2W-10766 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive how many of its civil servants have been (a) seconded from, (b) transferred from, (c) seconded to and (d) transferred to other UK departments in each year since 1999.

S2W-10767 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive when the statutory rights of access provided by the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 will come into effect.

S2W-10768 Eleanor Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to increase the number of rural abattoirs.

S2W-10769 Eleanor Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive what funding is available to establish small abattoirs in rural areas.
