S2W-9294 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive what the average waiting period was for summary cases in each sheriff court district in each of the last five years.

S2W-9310 Donald Gorrie: To ask the Scottish Executive what its position is on local authorities' housing and homelessness staff having access to the internet in order to access guidance and good practice in their area of expertise.

S2W-9320Δ George Lyon: To ask the Scottish Executive what the outcome was of its discussions with the European Commission on the implications of the European Court of Justice Altmark ruling for the tendering of the Clyde and Hebrides ferry services.

S2W-9321 Bruce Crawford: To ask the Scottish Executive how much has been made available, either directly or indirectly, by its Environment and Rural Affairs Department, the Forestry Commission, the Deer Commission for Scotland and Scottish Natural Heritage to subsidise the erection of deer fencing in each of the last 10 years.

S2W-9322 Mike Pringle: To ask the Scottish Executive how many foreign nationals were treated by the NHS (a) under reciprocal health agreements and (b) as fee-paying patients, broken down by NHS board area in each year since 1999.

S2W-9323 Mike Pringle: To ask the Scottish Executive what national guidelines are in place for the treatment of foreign nationals by the NHS.

S2W-9324 Mike Pringle: To ask the Scottish Executive what funding is in place for patient advocacy in psychiatric hospitals.

S2W-9325 Mike Pringle: To ask the Scottish Executive what ongoing assessment it makes in respect of the quality of patient advocacy services in psychiatric hospitals.

S2W-9326 Brian Adam: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress it has made on its consideration of the research organisation assessment exercise carried out by its Environment and Rural Affairs Department.

S2W-9327 Mr John Home Robertson: To ask the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body whether the Presiding Officer has received any communication from Lord Fraser of Carmyllie regarding the publication of the report of the Holyrood Inquiry and whether that communication will be made available in the Scottish Parliament Information Centre.

S2W-9328 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive whether, if it is satisfied that Stockline Plastics Ltd is financially unable to meet the wages of employees facing unemployment as a result of the tragic accident at its factory on 11 May 2004, it will consider providing emergency financial aid to meet such wages and, if so, whether such aid will apply for a reasonable length of time, given the uncertainty surrounding the future of the site of the factory.

S2W-9329 Mr Mark Ruskell: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-741 by Ross Finnie on 7 September 1999, whether farm scale evaluations of genetically modified crops were conducted according to Supply Chain Initiative on Modified Agricultural Crop guidelines.

S2W-9330 Mr Mark Ruskell: To ask the Scottish Executive to what terms and conditions the farm scale evaluations of genetically modified crops were subject.

S2W-9331 Mr Mark Ruskell: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the farm scale evaluations of genetically modified crops carried out in Scotland were conducted under the same terms and conditions as those carried out in England.

S2W-9332 Mr Mark Ruskell: To ask the Scottish Executive whether comparisons between Scottish and English farm scale evaluations of genetically modified crops were valid if they were conducted under different terms and conditions.

S2W-9333 Mr Mark Ruskell: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the terms and conditions under which the farm scale evaluations of genetically modified crops were carried out were applied rigorously.

S2W-9334 Ms Rosemary Byrne: To ask the Scottish Executive how much the equine industry is worth.
