S2W-8425 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive what its response is to the opinion of Professor Mark Poustie, Professor of Law at Strathclyde University, that there is now doubt regarding the legality of the continued collection of tolls at the Skye Bridge by the concessionaire in light of the information from the Minister for Transport last year that 27 million had been collected and that subsequent toll collection could now have fulfilled the terms of the tolling licence by collecting 23.64 million at 1990 prices.

S2W-8513 Nicola Sturgeon: To ask the Scottish Executive, with reference to Contract between The Scottish Ministers and Reliance Secure Task Management Ltd for the Provision of Prisoner Escort & Court Custody Services in Scotland, what appropriate operational measures it will use to restrict and control the potential flow of illegal drugs or unauthorised articles to and via prisoners and into premises.

S2W-8533 Bruce Crawford: To ask the Scottish Executive how many events have been held at Bute House in each year since 1999; on what date each event was held; who attended each event; what the purpose was of each event, and what the total costs were of each event, broken down into (a) staff, (b) alcohol, (c) food, (d) travel and (e) entertainment costs.

S2W-8535 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive what HM Treasury guidance or guidelines it, or any of its agencies, has received in connection with commercial confidentiality; when the latest edition of such guidance or guidelines was received, and whether it will publish such guidance or guidelines.

S2W-8536 Nicola Sturgeon: To ask the Scottish Executive what the Scottish Prison Service charges for each trainee for the 10-day training course in control and restraint techniques.
