S2W-5691 Bruce Crawford: To ask the Scottish Executive what discussions it has had with (a) the Law Society, (b) the Institute of Chartered Accountants, (c) the Confederation of British Industry, (d) the Federation of Small Businesses and (e) any other business organisation regarding the use of the Scottish professional service sector by UK firms operating in Scotland but domiciled outwith Scotland.

S2W-5692 Bruce Crawford: To ask the Scottish Executive what powers are available to it to encourage the use of Scottish professional firms by UK private companies, stating in each case what use it has made of that power.

S2W-5693 Bruce Crawford: To ask the Scottish Executive what its position is on the use of English law to govern contracts (a) wholly or (b) partially pertaining to Scotland.

S2W-5694 Bruce Crawford: To ask the Scottish Executive what discussions it has had with Her Majesty's Government to promote and protect Scots law and legal institutions.

S2W-5695 Irene Oldfather: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will consider funding the provision of free central heating to disabled owner-occupiers under 60.

S2W-5696 Michael Matheson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether Fosamax (70mg) and Calcichew D3 will no longer be prescribed to patients under 65 with osteoporosis, and, if so, what the reasons are for the withdrawal of these drugs.

S2W-5697 Miss Annabel Goldie: To ask the Scottish Executive how many returns were reviewed by the Common Services Agency in respect of prescription of (a) naltrexone hydrochloride and (b) naloxone hydrochloride in each of the last 10 years.

S2W-5698 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what discussions it has had with Her Majesty's Government regarding the impact on the Scottish budget of any increase in the salary of the former Permanent Secretary for the year prior to his retirement.

S2W-5699 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Presiding Officer whether the architects for the Holyrood project did not comply with the instructions in the Scottish Parliament Building User Brief that the shape of the debating chamber should be of a "horseshoe or semi-circular arrangement" when they brought forward designs that based the shape on a leaf or ellipsis; on what date such drawing or drawings were first provided to the client, and what action was taken to secure compliance with the user brief.

S2W-5700 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Presiding Officer whether unpriced copies of the two letters of intent entered into between the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body and Flour City (UK) Ltd will be placed in the Scottish Parliament Information Centre.

S2W-5701 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Presiding Officer whether any errors, as referred to in 8.5 of the pro forma trade contractors agreement in the Construction Management Agreement for the Holyrood project, have been detected in the drawings and designs provided by Flour City (UK) Ltd.

S2W-5702 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Presiding Officer whether there is not, within the full trade contract entered into between the Scottish Parliament Corporate Body (SPCB) and Flour City (UK) Ltd, any legal duty of confidentiality owed to the trade contractors whether by the SPCB, the construction managers or anyone else and, if there this, what such duty is and where it is set out.

S2W-5703 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive on how many occasions the Minister for Health and Community Care has been approached by Dr Kenneth Aitken and Dr Gordon Bell, members of the MMR expert group, for a meeting since the report of the group was published and how many times the minister has met them.

S2W-5704 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive whether HM Inspectorate of Education will place increased emphasis on access to sports facilities for school pupils as part of the inspection process.

S2W-5705 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive how many children were referred by Children's Panels to services outwith Scotland in each of the last five years, broken down by service.

S2W-5706 Mr Stewart Maxwell: To ask the Scottish Executive what the total cost to charities is of the withdrawal of relief on water and wastewater charges for 2002-03 and 2003-04.

S2W-5707 Mr Stewart Maxwell: To ask the Scottish Executive what the total cost to Scottish Water is for 2002-03 and 2003-04 of non-standard tariff agreements that do not appear on the Scheme of Charges.

S2W-5708 Shona Robison: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-5333 by Ross Finnie on 19 January 2004, when its assessment of the impact of ending the current Water and Sewage Charges Reduction Scheme will be completed; what this assessment entails, and what consultation is taking place in respect of the assessment.

S2W-5709 Donald Gorrie: To ask the Scottish Executive what estimates it has made of the costs to domestic users of ending the current Water and Sewerage Charges Reduction Scheme in March 2004 and what those estimates are.

S2W-5710 Donald Gorrie: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps it is taking to improve access to the current Water and Sewerage Charges Reduction Scheme for Band A and B households.

S2W-5711 Mike Rumbles: To ask the Scottish Executive, how many NHS dentists there are now in each (a) NHS board and (b) local authority area.

S2W-5712 Mr Bruce McFee: To ask the Scottish Executive what the remit and membership will be of the independent assessment and analysis group that will review the proposed selection of the site of the secure care centre for the west of Scotland.

S2W-5713 Mr Bruce McFee: To ask the Scottish Executive when the independent assessment and analysis group's report on the proposed selection of the site of the secure care centre for the west of Scotland will be published.

S2W-5714 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans are in place for relocating Scottish public sector jobs to Tiree and what information it has regarding the relocation of UK public sector jobs to the island.

S2W-5715 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will make sufficient funding available to develop the specific opportunities identified in the Tiree development plan.

S2W-5716 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people have been diagnosed with a depressive illness in the last five years, broken down by (a) age, (b) gender and (c) NHS board area.

S2W-5717 Scott Barrie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will review the implications of the Court of Appeal ruling in R v Cannings for any child placement decisions where unexplained infant death in the family was a material consideration.

S2W-5718 Colin Fox: To ask the Scottish Executive what funding it will provide to the Scottish Tug for War Association for hosting the World Indoor Tug of War Championship in Glasgow from 19 to 22 February 2003.

S2W-5723 Campbell Martin: To ask the Scottish Executive what assistance it can provide to any companies whose ability to compete with overseas businesses has been adversely affected by increases in water rates.

S2W-5724 Dennis Canavan: To ask the Presiding Officer what the membership is of the interview panel for the appointment of the Commissioner for Children and Young People and when the appointment is expected to be finalised.

S2W-5725 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive how many summary convictions have been recorded for offences under the Dog Fouling (Scotland) Act 2003, broken down by local authority area.

S2W-5726 Dennis Canavan: To ask the Scottish Executive what the estimated cost would be of introducing exemptions from water and sewerage charges for community amateur sports clubs.

S2W-5727 Dennis Canavan: To ask the Scottish Executive when it expects to publish a Bill introducing mandatory rates relief of at least 80% for community amateur sports clubs.

S2W-5728 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people have died from hepatitis C infection since the announcement of the ex gratia payment scheme for those who contracted the disease through blood products in the NHS and who, although qualifying, did not receive any benefit from the scheme.

S2W-5729 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-29 by Nicol Stephen on 2 June 2003, what road safety improvements are planned for the A90 around Laurencekirk and when such improvements will be carried out.

S2W-5730 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will commission road safety inspections on the A90 at Stonehaven, Muchalls, Newtonhill, Portlethen and Marywell.

S2W-5740 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-158 by Mr Jim Wallace on 3 June 2003, how much has been received by each further education college for social inclusion in each of the years referred to (a) excluding any funding attributable to the location of the college being in a rural area and (b) expressed also as a percentage of each college's budget.

S2W-5741 Mr Ted Brocklebank: To ask the Scottish Executive how many tagged fish originating from catchments other than the North and South Esk rivers have been taken in nets in the Montrose area.

S2W-5742 Mr Ted Brocklebank: To ask the Scottish Executive what the impact has been on the salmon population of offshore netting in the North and South Esk rivers.
