S2W-4775 Fiona Hyslop: To ask the Scottish Executive how many single pupil exclusions there have been that lasted for over one academic year in each year since 1999.

S2W-4776 Fiona Hyslop: To ask the Scottish Executive how many excluded pupils were provided with school education in (a) another school managed by the same education authority, (b) another school outwith the same education authority where the managers were willing to receive the pupil and (c) a setting outwith school, in each year since 1999.

S2W-4777 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive what consultations it has had with Her Majesty's Government on the terms of reference for the proposed commission on the coterminosity of Parliamentary boundaries in Scotland, in particular on its membership, budget, staffing and timetable for reporting.

S2W-4778 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive what recommendations it has made to Her Majesty's Government in respect of the proposal to establish a coterminosity commission, in particular on the principle of establishing the commission, its remit, composition, staffing and timetable for reporting.

S2W-4779 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many schools now use a smartcard system for school meals and free school meals and whether it has any evidence to indicate that the use of smartcards has led to an increase in the uptake of free school meals.

S2W-4780 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many of the recommendations in Hungry for Success: A Whole School Approach to School Meals in Scotland have been implemented and what the method of analysis is for monitoring the implementation of these recommendations.

S2W-4781 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive what the current uptake is of (a) school meals and (b) free school meals in comparison with entitlement to such meals, in each local authority area.

S2W-4782 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive at what income level a parent becomes ineligible for a free school meal to be received by their child and whether it has any plans to expand entitlement to free school meals.

S2W-4783 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many children currently receive free school meals and what the annual costs are of administering the means-tested free school meals system.

S2W-4784 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive whether water is now available freely in every school and, if not, what the timetable is for introducing freely available fresh, chilled water in every school.

S2W-4785 Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Scottish Executive how many social housing properties have been (a) vacant and (b) constructed in each of the last six years, broken down by local authority area.

S2W-4786 Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Scottish Executive what assessment it has made of the role of affordable housing in maintaining the viability of rural communities.

S2W-4787 Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps are being taken to ensure that companies are informed of measures required to comply with directive 91/156/EEC, the European landfill directive.

S2W-4788 Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Scottish Executive how many (a) complaints, (b) court actions and (c) fines there have been against industrial companies for problems related to (i) odours, (ii) water pollution, (iii) air pollution and (iv) human health impact in each year since 1999.

S2W-4789 Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Scottish Executive how many mobile recycling plants are in operation and what the total weekly capacity is of such plants.

S2W-4790 Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of landfill sites will be full by 2010 and what alternative methods of disposal will be used once waste landfill sites are filled.

S2W-4791 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1O-6502 by Dr Elaine Murray on 20 February 2003, what the result of the review of sportscotland's property portfolio was and whether a decision has now been reached with regard to which city will benefit from a new indoor football and sporting complex.

S2W-4792 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many pensioner households live on an annual income of (a) less than 10,000, (b) 10,001 to 15,000 and (c) 15,001 to 20,000 expressed also as a percentage of the total number of such households.

S2W-4793Δ Paul Martin: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will announce the details of how it intends to spend the 20 million funding announced as part of its budget for 2003-06, to help to ensure that childcare is not a barrier to disadvantaged people in deprived communities engaging with work, training or education.

S2W-4794 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive at what salary threshold a student is required to repay his or her graduate endowment and what the rate of repayment is for any further salary thresholds above that threshold.

S2W-4795 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how it has monitored (a) job creation and (b) the creation of new businesses as a result of the construction of the M77 in the Greater Pollok area and the south side of Glasgow in general and whether its monitoring procedure is available for analysis.

S2W-4796 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there has been any monitoring of increased respiratory illnesses, particularly in relation to children within the Greater Pollok area and the south side of Glasgow in general, as a result of the construction of the M77.

S2W-4799 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many vehicle accidents there have been that resulted in (a) injury and (b) fatality on the A77 between Glasgow and Ayr in each of the last 10 years.

S2W-4800 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many jobs the construction of the M77 has generated for the Greater Pollok area and the south side of Glasgow in general.

S2W-4801 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-4240 by Ross Finnie on 3 December 2003, whether any analysis or assessment has been undertaken on the impact of the introduction of competition, as referred to in the draft Water Services (Scotland) Bill.

S2W-4802 Des McNulty: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-4238 by Ross Finnie on 3 December 2003, what consultations there were between it and the Water Industry Commissioner prior to the approval of the charging scheme with regard to determining what level of charge increases would be set.

S2W-4803 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Presiding Officer how many high profile or VIP visits there were to the Parliament in each month from (a) May 1999 to May 2000 and (b) May to November 2003 and what the estimated number of visits is from November 2003 to May 2004.

S2W-4804 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps it is taking regarding visitscotland.com advising potential customers that Edinburgh was full to capacity during the festival; whether it will seek compensation either for individual hoteliers and guest houses or the city as a whole, and what the reasons are for its position on the matter.

S2W-4805 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2F-379 by Mr Jack McConnell on 27 November 2003, whether, and, if so, by how much, the median average given in the figures for waiting times for the quarter to September 2003, differs from the mean average in those figures for (a) out-patients and (b) in-patients and day cases.
