Section I : Petitions lodged on Thursday 4th December 2003

  

The following Petitions were lodged with the Parliament on 4 December 2003-

PE693 Petition by Sidney McKechnie Gallagher, calling for the Scottish Parliament to introduce legislation requiring that anyone involved in legal proceedings must declare membership of secret societies such as the Freemasons.

PE694 Petition by Mr Alan Gordon Kennedy, on behalf of the Machars Broadband Action Group, calling for the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Executive to ensure provision of broadband facilities to all communities throughout Scotland by mid-2005.

PE695 Petition by Jan Goodall, on behalf of the Dundee Accessible Transport Action Group, calling for the Scottish Parliament to ensure that local authorities have affordable, accessible local transport available to disabled people who cannot use public transport and to provide ring-fenced funding to allow local authority and/or community groups to provide Dial a Ride projects for this purpose.
