S2W-4618 Ms Rosemary Byrne: To ask the Scottish Executive whether Children's Panels would have a role to play if the children of asylum seekers were to be taken into care under the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants etc.) Bill.

S2W-4619 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-3412 by Cathy Jamieson on 12 November 2003, whether it was the initial identification of the scene of crime mark or a subsequent verification that was made on less than the standard of 16 points.

S2W-4621 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-3412 by Cathy Jamieson on 12 November 2003, who the two experts were who verified the initial identification made by the fingerprint expert at the Glasgow bureau.

S2W-4665 Miss Annabel Goldie: To ask the Scottish Executive how many returns were received by the Common Services Agency in respect of prescription of methadone in each of the last 10 years.

S2W-4666 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive how many students were in training in midwifery in each NHS board area in each of the last three years.

S2W-4667 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-32334 by Allan Wilson on 17 December 2002, whether it has made any recent representations to Her Majesty's Government in respect of any transfer of power to the Parliament with regard to the Crown Estate Commission and what the reasons are for its position on the matter.

S2W-4668 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide an update on the inshore fisheries review, including the number of submissions to the most recent consultation and the likely date for the publication of a draft strategy and subsequent legislation, and whether there has been any delay in respect of the review and, if so, for what reason.

S2W-4669 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive what funding has been given under the Rural Transport Fund to Scottish Borders Council in (a) 1999-2000, (b) 2000-01, (c) 2001-02 and (d) 2002-03, broken down by project.

S2W-4670 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive what the underlying principles are of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Bill.

S2W-4671 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive what the outcomes were of the Special Educational Needs Advisory Forum.

S2W-4672 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive why the Special Educational Needs Advisory Forum's remit was not extended beyond March 2003.

S2W-4673 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the Special Education Needs Advisory Forum will be re-established with a new remit and, if so, what the remit will be.

S2W-4674 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive why the Special Educational Needs Advisory Forum was not given the task of being a reference group for legislation covering special educational needs such as the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Bill.

S2W-4675 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive whether a reference group has been established for the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Bill and, if so, what the remit and membership of the group will be and what the reasons are for its position on the matter.

S2W-4676 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there are any heroin substitution programmes that prescribe Subutex to assist in dependence withdrawal.

S2W-4677 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive how many ambulances are deployed at football grounds on a typical Saturday match day.

S2W-4678 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what charge is levied on football clubs by the Scottish Ambulance Service for the supply of an ambulance and crew to attend on match days.

S2W-4679 Miss Annabel Goldie: To ask the Scottish Executive what the role of drug action teams is in the provision of drug education to school pupils.

S2W-4680 Miss Annabel Goldie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether drug action teams have the power to require local authorities to allow them access to schools in their area for the purpose of drug education.

S2W-4681 Miss Annabel Goldie: To ask the Scottish Executive how many schools in each drug action team area have been visited by the team to provide drug education to pupils.

S2W-4682 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive how many students have graduated in midwifery in each NHS board area in each of the last three years and, of these, how many have found employment in the profession.

S2W-4683 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what figures it has for viral and other infections passed to haemophiliacs through contaminated blood products since 1970; how many people were affected by each such virus or other infection, and whether it expects these figures to change.

S2W-4684 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-4248 by Malcolm Chisholm on 3 December 2003, whether changes to the nature of demand on the service arising from the review of maternity services in the area will include an assumption that births in transit will increase.

S2W-4685 Nicola Sturgeon: To ask the Scottish Executive how many convictions there have been for trafficking in human beings in each year for which records are held.

S2W-4686 Nicola Sturgeon: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will next discuss with the Home Office the development of the EU Framework Decision on combating trafficking in human beings.

S2W-4687 Nicola Sturgeon: To ask the Scottish Executive how many, and what percentage of, women who are currently using the support services at the Time Out centre in Glasgow have a substance abuse problem.

S2W-4688 Nicola Sturgeon: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will use its forthcoming Bill on the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service to set a target of zero for fire deaths.

S2W-4689 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive what the distribution of money from the Rural Transport Fund has been in each year since 2001-02 and what the indicative allocation figures are for 2004-05 and 2005-06.

S2W-4690 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive how much money, in cash terms, has been available to Scottish Borders Council from the Rural Transport Fund for each year since 1999-2000 and how much will be made available for 2004-05 and any future years for which figures are available.

S2W-4705 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive whether local authority representatives and care home providers are involved in the planning processes of NHS boards on how to respond to winter pressures.
