S2W-3746 John Swinburne: To ask the Presiding Officer what the estimated annual cost of insurance was for the new Parliament building when the site at Holyrood was chosen and what the estimated annual cost of insuring the building is now.

S2W-3773 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-2744 by Ms Margaret Curran on 14 October 2003, what percentage of the New Housing Partnership grant allocated to Glasgow Housing Association was spent on (a) tenant participation, (b) funding advice, (c) IT advice and (d) business planning advice in (i) 2000-01, (ii) 2001-02 and (iii) 2002-03.

S2W-3774 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether contingency plans are being prepared by the Scottish Ambulance Service for any rise in the number of births in transit as a result of maternity service reviews.

S2W-3775 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive which NHS boards have implemented the recommendations of the Expert Group on Acute Maternity Services Reference Report in relation to regional and national planning in maternity services.

S2W-3776 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive which measures it will take to ensure that regional planning, including full consultation with the public, trade unions and other relevant groups, takes place before recommendations to rationalise maternity services are put forward by NHS boards.

S2W-3777 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps it will take to ensure that a regional planning perspective is taken in all current NHS board consultations and decisions on rationalising maternity services.

S2W-3778 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive which NHS boards are meeting the standard set by the Expert Group on Acute Maternity Services Reference Report on one-to-one midwifery intrapartum care.

S2W-3779 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-1912 by Malcolm Chisholm on 20 October 2003, whether it will ensure that the report from NHS Argyll and Clyde and NHS Greater Glasgow on the pattern of patient choice for consultant-led maternity units involves substantive discussion and consultation with communities and elected members.

S2W-3780 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what guidelines, rules or regulations are in place for the (a) operation of elections to and (b) creation of written constitutions for social inclusion partnerships.

S2W-3781 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive how elections to social inclusion partnerships are monitored; who carries out such monitoring, and how this monitoring is recorded.

S2W-3782 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has made any assessment in respect of the effect of differences in rateable values between Scotland and England on its initiatives to extend the availability of broadband.

S2W-3783 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive what the likely impact of the European Working Time Directive will be on the Scottish Ambulance Service.

S2W-3784 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans there are, and timetable there is, for implementing the European Working Time Directive in the Scottish Ambulance Service.

S2W-3785 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive what additional funding is required to implement the European Working Time Directive in the Scottish Ambulance Service.

S2W-3786 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the Scottish Ambulance Service will install map tracking systems in all ambulances and, if so, what the timescale and cost will be of so doing.

S2W-3787 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive when the priority-based dispatch system for the Scottish Ambulance Service will be operational.

S2W-3788 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps are being taken to increase the number of paramedics serving in the (a) Scottish Ambulance Service and (b) Vale of Leven ambulance station.

S2W-3789 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps are being taken to train ambulance technicians as paramedics; how long such training takes, and what the cost of the training is.

S2W-3790 Mr Mark Ruskell: To ask the Scottish Executive what Common Agricultural Policy funds have been allocated within Scotland, broken down by region, and when this information will be published.

S2W-3791 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive how much Visitscotland has spent marketing Scotland in (a) Italy, (b) Switzerland, (c) Norway, (d) Sweden, (e) Germany and (f) Spain in each year since 1997; what form of media has been used, and how much it will spend on marketing Scotland in each of these countries in each of the next three years.

S2W-3792 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what representations it has made to the Department for Transport and Industry regarding the impact on ferry services of the recommendations of the Marine Accident Investigation Branch's report on the MV Claymore and what the reasons are for its position on the matter.

S2W-3794 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has received any representations from Her Majesty's Government in respect of the impact on competitiveness in the telecommunications industry of differences in business rates levied on fixed network operators, wireless operators and broadcasters.

S2W-3795 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress it has made on the devolved aspects of the recommendations of the Report of the Working Group on Extending the Gas Network and which areas of Scotland were identified by the working group as being suitable for extending the gas supply network.

S2W-3796 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive how its policies to reduce poverty take account of differential impacts of poverty on women, children, ethnic minorities, older people and people with disabilities.

S2W-3797 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive how it plans to expand the concessionary fares scheme.

S2W-3798 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive what guidance has been issued to local authorities regarding the implementation of Choose Life: A National Strategy and Action Plan to Prevent Suicide in Scotland, in particular on local co-ordination, training and local community-based initiatives and activities.

S2W-3799 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive what criteria were used when drawing up the list of priority areas for the National Programme for Improving Mental Health and Well-Being.

S2W-3800 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive what additional resources have been allocated to each local authority to reduce the number of suicides.

S2W-3801 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive what assistance is offered to parents of children under 14 who have been diagnosed with a mental illness.

S2W-3802 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive what action is being taken to ensure that all teaching staff are aware of, and sensitive to, the needs of young people with a mental illness.

S2W-3803 Dennis Canavan: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress has been made on the review of the system of protection orders made under the Freshwater and Salmon Fisheries (Scotland) Act 1976, when the review will be to completed and when the findings of the review and any subsequent proposals will be published.
