S2W-3136 Susan Deacon: To ask the Scottish Executive when the final report of the expert group on the National Sexual Health Strategy for Scotland will be published.

S2W-3137 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the solar heating installed by Dunbritton Housing Association in its houses at Tullichewan has achieved the planned electricity savings and, if not, what remedial provision is envisaged.

S2W-3138 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what the design specifications were for the heating of Dunbritton Housing Association homes at Tullichewan completed in 2002; whether expected heat output has been attained, and whether expected heating costs to the residents fall below, match or exceed the original estimates.

S2W-3139 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps are being taken to compensate residents in the Dunbritton Housing Association development at Tullichewan in respect of any unexpected costs associated with heating their homes.

S2W-3140 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Presiding Officer, further to the answer to question S2W-2195 by Mr Duncan McNeil on 16 September 2003, whether MSPs’ staff can participate in the occupational pension schemes operated on behalf of staff employed by the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) and MSPs, and whether this option will be considered by the SPCB.

S2W-3141 Chris Ballance: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is aware of similar issues to those experienced by the Carbeth Hutters’ Association in other locations, in particular in Lochgoilhead and Dumfries and Galloway.

S2W-3142 David Mundell: To ask the Scottish Executive what the current status is of the A82 Tarbet to Crianlarich Route Action Plan.

S2W-3143 Campbell Martin: To ask the Scottish Executive on how many occasions Scottish Water has been prosecuted and fined and whether such fines are paid from Scottish Water's funds or another public source.

S2W-3144 Campbell Martin: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) has authority to prosecute operators of (a) landfill sites and (b) sewage works in relation to offensive odours; if not, what action it will take to ensure that SEPA has the authority to prosecute operators of sewage works who allow offensive odours to be produced, and what the reasons are for the position on this matter.

S2W-3145 Campbell Martin: To ask the Scottish Executive on how many occasions abatement notices under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 have been used in relation to offensive odours.

S2W-3146 Chris Ballance: To ask the Scottish Executive how many responses it received to its Consultation Paper on possible legislation to provide greater protection for hutters in Scotland and how many responses indicated that the proposed legislation would be difficult to implement and/or would have a negative impact on Scots property law.

S2W-3147 David Mundell: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will introduce legislation to amend the defamation laws as suggested in petition PE578 to the Parliament.

S2W-3148 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what representations it has made to the European Commission to oppose measures which would adopt the proposal from the Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science that a bacteriophage should be run over 20 degrees over five days; whether such a regulation, if introduced, would have an adverse impact on the shellfish industry in Scotland, and whether it will provide the Parliament with details of its policy on this proposal and publish copies of any representations that it has made or will make.

S2W-3149 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive when the report on the review of the Scottish Agricultural and Biological Research Institutes will be published.

S2W-3150 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive whether funding from its Environment and Rural Affairs Department to the CHARIS Food Research Division of the Hannah Research Institute has been reduced and, if so, what the reasons were.

S2W-3151 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive what funding has been allocated by its Environment and Rural Affairs Department to the CHARIS Food Research Division of the Hannah Research Institute since the inception of the division.

S2W-3152 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive what funding will be allocated to the CHARIS Food Research Division of the Hannah Research Institute over the next two years.

S2W-3153 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive whether an assessment has been made of the performance of the CHARIS Food Research Division of the Hannah Research Institute and, if so, whether the report of the assessment will be made available in the Scottish Parliament Information Centre.

S2W-3155 Mr Bruce McFee: To ask the Scottish Executive when it next plans to meet representatives from the Scottish Environment Protection Agency and what issues will be discussed.

S2W-3156 Mr Bruce McFee: To ask the Scottish Executive how many times it has issued orders to Scottish Water under Regulation 14 of the Urban Waste Water Treatment (Scotland) Regulations 1994; what the reasons were for issuing the orders; what locations were involved, and what the outcomes were in each case.

S2W-3157 Mr Bruce McFee: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-307 by Ross Finnie on 4 June 2003, what the outcome was of the discussions between it and Her Majesty's Government regarding an alleged breach of the Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive; how many meetings it had with Her Majesty's Government on the issue; who attended such meetings, and what other organisations, public bodies or individuals were invited to participate in these discussions.

S2W-3158 Mr Bruce McFee: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-307 by Ross Finnie on 4 June 2003, whether it will publish any evidence presented at, and minutes of, meetings between it and Her Majesty's Government on an alleged breach of the Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive.

S2W-3159 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-33438 by Hugh Henry on 10 February 2003, whether it has received consent to place copies of responses to The Scottish Fire Services of the Future in the Scottish Parliament Information Centre and, if so, when copies will be available.

S2W-3160 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide details of any risk assessment carried out by NHS Scotland; what the top 20 risks in the NHS are, showing how risk associated with health compares with other forms of risk, and how any such assessment influences its priorities and objectives.

S2W-3161Δ Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive what its plans are for the Glasgow Drug Court after the end of the pilot in November 2003.

S2W-3162 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive when it last conducted inspections of (a) Eaga Partnership Ltd and (b) contractors implementing the central heating programme and what the results of these inspections were.

S2W-3164 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there have been any serious complaints made against (a) Eaga Partnership Ltd or (b) contractors with regard to implementing the central heating programme and what action has been taken with regard to any such complaints.

S2W-3165 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive whether boiler replacement schemes are available under the central heating programme and, if not, when these will be made available.

S2W-3166 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there have been cases where independent inspections have not been conducted of work carried out under the central heating programme.

S2W-3167 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has carried out, or commissioned, research into the comparative costs of replacing heating systems and boiler replacements as part of the central heating programme.

S2W-3168 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to promote, develop and modernise the National Archives of Scotland and, if so, whether any additional funding will be made available, specifying the amount and timescale.

S2W-3169 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people under 18 have been admitted to hospital due to severe alcohol intoxication in each of the last five years, broken down by NHS board area, expressed also as a percentage figure of all alcohol intoxication admissions.

S2W-3170 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people under 18 were taken into custody due to being drunk and disorderly in each of the last five years, broken down by police force area, expressed also as a percentage of all drunk and disorderly offences.

S2W-3171 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps it is taking to improve (a) electoral turnout and (b) political awareness across all age groups, with particular reference to the 18 to 25 age group.

S2W-3172 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-34840 by Mr Jim Wallace on 31 March 2003, what proportion of formal meetings of the Council of Ministers have been attended by its ministers this year.

S2W-3173 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many visits there have been by ministers to (a) Brussels, (b) London and (c) other locations outwith Scotland in each of the last four years and this year, expressed also as a percentage of ministerial visits outwith Scotland.

S2W-3175 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-21028 by Mr Jim Wallace on 28 January 2002, whether Scottish Ministers have officially led any further UK Delegations to the Council of Ministers and, if so, whether it will provide similar details to those provided in the answer.

S2W-3176 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive how much capital expenditure has been committed since 1 May 2003 and to how many projects, broken down by project.

S2W-3177 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive how many projects it inherited from the former Scottish Office to which capital expenditure had been committed and what the capital value was of each project.

S2W-3178 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what discussions it or VisitScotland has had with trade union and employee representatives regarding the dispersal of jobs; what support has been obtained from such representatives for dispersal, and to what extent the views of such representatives will be taken into account.

S2W-3179 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-2537 by Ross Finnie on 25 September 2003, whether it will consider taking forward recommendations 6.5, 6.6, 6.7 and 6.8 of the Water Customer Consultation Panels' report Principles of Charging for Water and Waste Water.

S2W-3180 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answers to questions S2W-921 and S2W-1711 by Ross Finnie on 14 July and 21 August 2003 respectively, and to question S2W-1713 by Mrs Mary Mulligan on 22 August 2003, when it now expects the contract for Dumfries and Galloway Council' s waste management and recycling PPP contract to be signed.

S2W-3181 Rhona Brankin: To ask the Scottish Executive whether work on the Midlothian Community Hospital will begin in July 2004.

S2W-3182 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has set the annual date for each education authority to publish the report that sets out progress of the authority in meeting objective 25 set out in section 5(6) of the Standards in Scotland’s Schools etc. Act 2000 and, if so, whether there have been any publications.

S2W-3183 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive what the 26 minor projects, budgeted through the "Miscellaneous" section of the Other Enterprise and Lifelong Learning budget in its Draft Budget 2004-05 will be and what each project will cost.

S2W-3184 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive how much relocation of VisitScotland will cost; what criteria will be applied when choosing a new site, and to what extent access to international air links will affect the choice of site.
