Ministerial Statement on Charity Law

The Presiding Officer has decided to take a Ministerial Statement on Charity Law today. The statement is likely to be taken after Time for Reflection. Members may wish to refer to the Daily Business List in Section A for details of the changes to today’s business.

Business Motion

Members may wish to note that this week’s Business Motion S2M-404 will be taken this afternoon before Decision Time and not on Thursday.

Time for Reflection

Members may wish to note that today’s Time for Reflection will be delivered in Gaelic. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided by way of headphones on each members’ desk.

Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party Business for Thursday 25 September

Members are advised that the Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party Business for Thursday 25 September previously entitled "Early Release from Prison" will now be entitled "Public Confidence in the Criminal Justice System" (for text of motion see S2M-380 in Section F of the Business Bulletin).
