S2W-736 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress the cross-party working group on religious hatred has made in respect of alleviating sectarianism.

S2W-737 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will undertake an anti-sectarian programme of education in schools.

S2W-738 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide long-term funding for tackling sectarianism.

S2W-740 Mr Richard Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive what measures it is taking to increase awareness of men’s health issues in (a) Aberdeen, (b) the Grampian NHS Board area and (c) Scotland.

S2W-741 Alex Fergusson: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-336 by Peter Peacock on 3 June 2003, whether it will define the phrase "commercial close".

S2W-742 Mr Rob Gibson: To ask the Scottish Executive what funds it has allocated for 2003-04 to support Highland Council’s responsibilities for piers and harbours.

S2W-743 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will seek advice from Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH) on the impact that closure of auxiliary fire brigades may have on the environment; whether SNH considers that an efficient and effective fire service is important in respect of the control of muirburn and forest fires, and whether SNH will issue a statement on the matter.

S2W-744 Miss Annabel Goldie: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people, in each year since the introduction of drug courts, have (a) appeared before the courts, (b) breached the conditions of their sentence and (c) committed another drugs offence after completing their sentence.

S2W-745 Miss Annabel Goldie: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people, in each year since the introduction of drug treatment and testing orders, have (a) had an order imposed, (b) breached the conditions of an order and (c) committed another drugs offence following the conclusion of their order.

S2W-746 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress has been made by NHS regional planning groups with regard to specialist services for diagnosis and treatment of perinatal mental illness.

S2W-747 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive what research projects funded by the Chief Scientist Office have examined perinatal mental illness; when the results of such projects will be available, and whether copies of such research will be placed in the Scottish Parliament Information Centre.

S2W-748 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive when Scottish Intercollegiate Guideline Network guideline on post-natal depression and puerperal psychosis and the Executive’s guidance on post-natal depression services were compiled and published and whether there are any plans to revise and update these documents.

S2W-749 Mr Ted Brocklebank: To ask the Scottish Executive what options there are for people opposed to the erection of mobile telephone masts when such masts have received planning permission from the relevant local authority, in particular in the case of residents opposed to the siting of such masts in Commercial Road, Leven.

S2W-750 Mr Ted Brocklebank: To ask the Scottish Executive how successful the new system is of planning regulations on the location of mobile telephone masts.

S2W-751 Mr Ted Brocklebank: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is conducting any studies into any possible effects on public health of mobile telephone masts and transmitters.

S2W-752 Robert Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it is taking to supply ambulatory oxygen to lung disease sufferers.

S2W-753 Robert Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it is taking to ensure the availability of pulmonary rehabilitation classes to lung disease sufferers.

S2W-754 Colin Fox: To ask the Scottish Executive whether a higher proportion of the population in Scotland is jailed than in most other western European countries and, if so, what the reasons are for this position.

S2W-755 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will announce the results of the review of fluoridation policy.

S2W-756 Mr Mark Ruskell: To ask the Scottish Executive how many objections to the proposed Shieldaig hydroelectric generation scheme have been received and from whom.

S2W-757 Pauline McNeill: To ask the Scottish Executive what its proposals are to curb neighbourhood noise.

S2W-758 Pauline McNeill: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-190 by Nicol Stephen on 3 June 2003, what plans there are to introduce statutory obligations on bus operators to plan bus routes to serve key public services.

S2W-759 Pauline McNeill: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2O-109 by Malcolm Chisholm on 5 June 2003, how many maternity hospitals meet the Expert Group on Acute Maternity Services’ recommendations that consultant-led maternity units dealing with low- to medium-risk pregnancies should have on-site paediatric facilities and that tertiary referral centres dealing with more than 3,000 deliveries per annum should have access to neonatal surgery.

S2W-760 Robin Harper: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has received any representations in respect of any further closures of Church of Scotland care homes; what consideration it will give to this issue, and when it will do so.

S2W-761 Pauline McNeill: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of babies are in need of immediate paediatric care when born.

S2W-762 Pauline McNeill: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of mothers giving birth are in need of immediate acute care.

S2W-763Δ Nora Radcliffe: To ask the Scottish Executive what the outcome was of the Agriculture and Fisheries Council held in Luxembourg on 11 and 12 June 2003.

S2W-765Δ Helen Eadie: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will make an announcement on the proposal to build a 400-megawatt natural gas-fired generating station at Westfield in Fife.
