S2W-683 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive how many public bodies have had members' codes of conduct approved under the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000.

S2W-684 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive which public bodies did not have members' codes of conducts approved by ministers by 1 May 2003, as required by the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000.

S2W-685 Iain Smith: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there have been any reports of ill health affecting any police or emergency service personnel using terrestrial trunked radio communications equipment.

S2W-686 Iain Smith: To ask the Scottish Executive whether any police force or emergency service has withdrawn, or suspended, the use of terrestrial trunked radio communications equipment because of concerns about health risks to personnel or the public.

S2W-687 George Lyon: To ask the Scottish Executive how much has been raised as a result of modulating subsidy payments to farmers in the Highlands and Islands area in each of the last three years.

S2W-688 George Lyon: To ask the Scottish Executive how much of the money raised by modulating payments to farmers in the Highlands and Islands area has been reinvested in that area in each of the last three years, broken down by type of enterprise.

S2W-689Δ Mr Kenneth Macintosh: To ask the Scottish Executive what the outcome has been of the allocation of probationer teachers to local authorities under the Teacher Induction Scheme 2003-04.

S2W-690 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive whether any of its guidelines prevent the issue of small oxygen cylinders under prescription from the NHS and, if so, what the reasons are for its position on the matter.

S2W-691 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it will take to allow area tourist boards direct access to visitscotland.com's software to enable them to amend any errors in details posted on the website and what the reasons are for its position on the matter.

S2W-692 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what the main purpose is of visitscotland.com.

S2W-693 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what estimates it has made of how much it would have cost to establish visitscotland.com by means other than by public private partnership.

S2W-694 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what the role and remit of Events Scotland is; what its budget is; from which budget the money has been allocated, and what its relationship is with (a) area tourist boards, (b) the British Tourist Authority, (c) other tourism organisations and (d) local authorities.

S2W-695 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has a policy on the siting of a nuclear waste disposal facility in the Highlands and Islands; whether it is appropriate to dispose of nuclear waste in that area; what its role would be in any plans to dispose of nuclear waste there, and whether any such plans would be open to public consultation.

S2W-696 Robert Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive what the membership is of the working group on volunteering referred to in its news release SEfm133/2003 of 4 June 2003 and whether the group has been directed to ensure that existing voluntary and non-profit organisations, such as the Woodlands Youth Initiative in Glasgow and Universal Connections in Cambuslang, are consulted in the development of the Scotscorps scheme and will benefit from its implementation.

S2W-697 Shona Robison: To ask the Scottish Executive what research is being undertaken to establish whether women are at risk from synthetic progestins; what guidance is being issued by the Chief Medical Officer to medical practitioners about using products containing such progestins, and what public information is being made available in order to enable members of the public to make informed choices about pharmaceutical products containing synthetic progestins.

S2W-698 David Mundell: To ask the Scottish Executive what discussions it has had with Her Majesty's Government, the North West Development Agency and any other body about the future of Carlisle Airport and what assessment has been made of the economic impact on the south of Scotland of any proposed daily return air services between the airport and London.

S2W-699 David Mundell: To ask the Scottish Executive what discussions it has had with Her Majesty's Government about the siting in Scotland of offices of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.

S2W-700 David Mundell: To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has received about the likely (a) start and (b) completion date of works to upgrade the A74 from Gretna to Carlisle to motorway status.

S2W-701 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what the relationship is between visitscotland.com and area tourist boards and what rights the boards have in respect of the functions of visitscotland.com.

S2W-702 Donald Gorrie: To ask the Scottish Executive what guidance or instructions it has issued to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency to address the levels of pollution being generated by the landfill site operated by Shanks McEwan at Greengairs near Airdrie.

S2W-703 Donald Gorrie: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps it is taking to address any shortage of psychiatric specialist clinicians and nurses in Lanarkshire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.

S2W-704 Donald Gorrie: To ask the Scottish Executive how many psychiatric specialist posts are unfilled, or filled by short-term or locum contract, broken down by grade and specialism for each of the last five years, expressed also as a percentage of optimum staffing levels per grade, in each NHS board.

S2W-705 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will establish an outreach training centre for dentists in Aberdeen; whether it will give details of any consultation exercise on the matter, including when any such exercise will be undertaken; whether it will provide details on any subsequent consultation on the need to develop the centre to a full dental school, as referred to in A Partnership for a Better Scotland, and how much funding is available for such projects.
