S2W-650 Margaret Mitchell: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-33518 by Mr Jim Wallace on 7 February 2003, whether there has been any further negotiation regarding the disposal of the former remand centre at Longriggend, North Lanarkshire, and what the future use of the centre will be.

S2W-651 Alex Johnstone: To ask the Scottish Executive why grants for establishing willow coppices in Scotland are lower than the equivalent grants in England.

S2W-652 Alex Johnstone: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to increase the level of grants available for establishing willow coppices.

S2W-653 Alex Johnstone: To ask the Scottish Executive what action will be taken to increase the acreage of willow coppice.

S2W-654 Nicola Sturgeon: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-113 by Mrs Elish Angiolini on 2 June 2003, whether it will provide a breakdown by type of offence of reports to procurators fiscal marked "no proceedings" for reason of (a) time-bar, (b) delay by police/other agency, (c) lack of court resources, (d) procurator fiscal staff shortages and (e) delay by procurator fiscal, broken down by sheriff court district.

S2W-655 Nicola Sturgeon: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-113 by Elish Angiolini on 2 June 2003, what the cost was of reports to procurator fiscal marked "no proceedings", broken down by reason of (a) time-bar, (b) delay by police/other agency, (c) lack of court resources, (d) procurator fiscal staff shortage and (e) delay by procurator fiscal and type of offence, in each sheriff court district.

S2W-656 Nicola Sturgeon: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to reform the law on corporate killing.

S2W-657 Margaret Jamieson: To ask the Scottish Executive what measures it is taking to provide people who were adopted with access to the names of their grandparents.

S2W-658 Margaret Jamieson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many civil servants are employed in each of its departments.

S2W-659 Margaret Jamieson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many posts in its departments are currently held by employees of other public bodies or other organisations, broken down by department and employer.

S2W-660 Margaret Jamieson: To ask the Scottish Executive what procedures are used to ensure equal opportunities in relation to secondments to its departments.

S2W-661 Margaret Jamieson: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it is taking to encourage local authorities to expand sports facilities for young people.

S2W-662 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Presiding Officer, further to the answer to question S1W-21898 by Sir David Steel on 24 January 2002, on what date the construction managers obtained each document referred to in the answer; from whom they were obtained, and from whom, and on what dates, the construction managers sought credit reference information in respect of Flour City Architectural Metals (UK) Ltd.

S2W-663 Miss Annabel Goldie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-113 by Mrs Elish Angiolini on 2 June 2003, whether it will give a breakdown by type of offence of reports to procurators fiscal that were marked "no proceedings" for reasons of (a) time-bar, (b) delay by police/other agency, (c) lack of court resources, (d) procurator fiscal staff shortages and (e) delay by procurator fiscal in 2002-03, broken down by sheriff court district.

S2W-664 Sarah Boyack: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-19681 by Angus MacKay on 19 November 2001, how relocating the headquarters of Scottish Natural Heritage from Edinburgh to Inverness meets the objectives of its policy of dispersing civil service jobs.

S2W-665 Sarah Boyack: To ask the Scottish Executive how the relocation of the headquarters of Scottish Natural Heritage from Edinburgh to Inverness will promote efficiency and effectiveness.

S2W-666 Sarah Boyack: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has consulted Scottish Natural Heritage and the relevant trade unions about the relocation of the organisation from Edinburgh to Inverness.

S2W-667 Sarah Boyack: To ask the Scottish Executive what the estimated cost is of the relocation of the headquarters of Scottish Natural Heritage from Edinburgh to Inverness.

S2W-668 Sarah Boyack: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there will be any compulsory redundancies arising from the relocation of the headquarters of Scottish Natural Heritage from Edinburgh to Inverness.

S2W-669 Sarah Boyack: To ask the Scottish Executive what estimates it has made of the impact of the proposed relocation of the headquarters of Scottish Natural Heritage on the organisation's ability to retain existing staff.

S2W-670 Sarah Boyack: To ask the Scottish Executive what the estimated cost is of a new building for the headquarters of Scottish Natural Heritage in Inverness.

S2W-671 Sarah Boyack: To ask the Scottish Executive what estimate has been made of the value of capital receipts from the sale of Scottish Natural Heritage's properties in Edinburgh.

S2W-672 Sarah Boyack: To ask the Scottish Executive what alternative locations were considered when reaching the decision to relocate the headquarters of Scottish Natural Heritage.
