S2W-538 Murdo Fraser: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to introduce a programme similar to the proposed futurebuilders programme developed by HM Treasury.

S2W-539 Shiona Baird: To ask the Presiding Officer from whom the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body buys its electricity and what proportion is generated from renewable resources.

S2W-541 Brian Adam: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps it has taken, or plans to take, to address the low levels of public awareness of any health risks of passive smoking, as referred to in Smoking Policies in Public Places – Survey of Public House and Restaurant Customers, prepared for ASH Scotland and the Health Education Board for Scotland.

S2W-542 Brian Adam: To ask the Scottish Executive what impact mechanical ventilation systems have on any health risks associated with passive smoking.

S2W-543 Brian Adam: To ask the Scottish Executive what impact separating a room into smoking and non-smoking areas has on any health risks associated with passive smoking.

S2W-544 Brian Adam: To ask the Scottish Executive what impact signage advising the public about the smoking policy of a business has on any health risks associated with passive smoking.

S2W-545Δ Michael McMahon: To ask the Scottish Executive when the pilot youth court in Hamilton will commence.

S2W-546 Donald Gorrie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether residential properties used by local authorities to locate offices, to provide services or to house individuals in their care can be the subject of anti-social behaviour orders and what the range of penalties is for failure to comply with such orders.

S2W-547 David McLetchie: To ask the Scottish Executive, with regard to the customer care complaints system in respect of installations under its central heating programme administered through Eaga Partnership Ltd, how many complaints have been made about the standard of work by contractors; how many complaints have been made about disruption to decoration or any other item, over and above that initially envisaged when the heating installation was planned; how many staff from Eaga have been available to deal with any complaints; what the average response time has been to resolve complaints; on how many occasions Eaga incurred additional expenses in resolving a complaint, showing whether the resolution of the complaint involved additional remedial work or repair to decoration or any other item; on how many occasions a contractor has incurred additional expense to resolve a complaint, showing whether the resolution of the complaint involved additional remedial works or repair to decoration or any other item; how many inspectors Eaga has for monitoring and approving heating installations, and what percentage of installations have been routinely inspected, broken down by quarter since the programme began.

S2W-548 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has commissioned an inquiry into accidents involving deer; if so, why the inquiry was commissioned; what its remit is; who will conduct it; how much it will cost, and when the results will be published.

S2W-549 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive what its plans are for the development of mental health services.

S2W-550 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to develop accessible eating disorder units in each region.

S2W-551 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether its pledge to offer free dental check-ups for all will apply to every dental surgery and what agreement has been reached with the dental profession on this matter.

S2W-552 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to develop specialist nursing posts.

S2W-554 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will conduct research into how many NHS prescriptions are written but not dispensed and whether it is recorded in a patient's record that a prescription has not been dispensed.

S2W-555 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to develop a patient record IT database accessible for 24 hours a day for use by the emergency services.

S2W-556 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive what budget has been allocated to cover any indemnity claims in respect of NHS blood product treatment.

S2W-557 Mrs Margaret Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive how many community agents have been appointed by local enterprise companies in each of the last five years; what expenditure was incurred in making such appointments; what projects were successful as a result of work undertaken by community agents, and how many jobs were created, broken down by local enterprise company.

S2W-558 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive what procedures and guidelines are in place to ensure that Scottish Enterprise considers the background and previous employment history of companies and individuals seeking financial and other assistance.

S2W-559 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive whether Scottish Enterprise was aware that Solutions RMC and Mr Tony Freeman were being investigated by the Scottish Charities Office during the period when Solutions RMC was seeking and receiving financial assistance.

S2W-560 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will institute an inquiry into the awarding of public funds by Scottish Enterprise to Solutions RMC.

S2W-561 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the procedures and guidelines operated by Scottish Enterprise offer adequate safeguards for public funds when it considers applications from individuals and companies seeking financial assistance.

S2W-562 David Mundell: To ask the Scottish Executive whether unelected representatives on local authority education committees are entitled to vote on a school closure following the statutory closure procedure.

S2W-563 David Mundell: To ask the Scottish Executive how the working capacity of a school is assessed for the purposes of the statutory school closure process and whether the methodology used is consistent with other guidance issued by it on space per pupil.

S2W-564 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive how it will end postcode prescribing in the Highlands, given that Highland NHS Board has set up a task group to manage implementation of guidance of new drugs "within a cash limited envelope of resource", as referred to in the report to the board on 1 April 2003.

S2W-565 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive what health hazards arise from exposure to mercury, methylmercury and ethylmercury.

S2W-566 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what records it will keep of the number of visits by ministers to each constituency over the course of this session of the Parliament and whether it will keep records of the number of requests by each MSP for meetings with ministers that are (a) made and (b) granted.

S2W-567 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what research it has undertaken on the Norwegian Government's policy of providing a level of loan for housing based on the meeting of certain criteria, such as providing benefits to the environment, and whether it plans to adopt this approach in its own housing policy.

S2W-568 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what the annual loss of income would be if the non-domestic rates poundage is reduced to 44.4p and how this figure is calculated.

S2W-569 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive how many staff in the Highland NHS Board area have reported an assault in (a) 2000-01 and (b) 2001-02; whether information held on this matter now includes the number of cases (i) reported to the procurator fiscal, (ii) raised as criminal prosecutions and (iii) resulting in a conviction, and, if it does not, whether there are any plans to include such information.

S2W-570 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will give a breakdown of awards made to communities within the Inverness East, Nairn and Lochaber constituency from the Community Safety Awards Programme, the cost of each such award and its purpose.

S2W-571 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has issued any directions to Scottish Natural Heritage under the Natural Heritage (Scotland) Act 1991; if so, whether it will specify under what circumstances each such direction was issued and place a copy of it in the Scottish Parliament Information Centre; if no such directions have been issued, what the reasons are for the position on this matter, and what its current policy is on such directions.

S2W-572 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what meetings have taken place between ministers and commercial airlines since 1 January 2003; what the subject matter was of any such meetings, and what meetings are planned with such airlines in the next three months.

S2W-573 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will meet, and make representations to, any interested parties, other than Her Majesty's Government and civil servants, regarding a public service obligation application for the Inverness to Gatwick air link and, if so, which organisations and individuals it plans to meet.

S2W-574 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-25409 by Lewis Macdonald on 9 May 2002, what schemes have been identified for the A82 between Tyndrum and Inverness in the context of its review of the 1995 Route Accident Reduction Plan.

S2W-575 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what representations it has made to Scottish Water about the provision of the public water supply for Carrbridge.
