S1W-34608 Andrew Wilson: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-33691 by Lewis Macdonald on 25 February 2003, what body will be responsible for carrying out the performance impact studies and issuing of regulatory dispensations for each rail project and what impact a negative study or non-issue of such dispensation would have on each project.

S1W-34609 Mr Duncan Hamilton: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it supports full implementation of the recommendations in the report of the Scottish Charity Law Commission including recommendations to modernise charity law and create a new definition of "public benefit", an independent regulator, a transparent register of charities and a single point for advice on charity law compliance.

S1W-34610 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it is taking to reduce the incidence of (a) under-age drinking, (b) drinking by young adults and (c) drinking by children and what resources it has allocated for this purpose.

S1W-34611 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive when the results of the pilot proof-of-age schemes to reduce under-age drinking are expected and what action it will take if the schemes prove effective.

S1W-34612 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is aware of a new "alcopop" called ROXXOF which is being marketed to young people as an aphrodisiac and whether it will make representations to Her Majesty's Government regarding ROXXOF, its marketing and any contravention of the Portman Code of Practice and Advertising Standards Agency requirements.

S1W-34614 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will update the definition of charity as recommended in the report of the Scottish Charity Law Review Commission.

S1W-34615 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will make progress on the recommendations in the report of the Scottish Charity Law Review Commission report in advance of United Kingdom legislation on charities.

S1W-34616 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will change the charitable status of non-departmental public bodies.

S1W-34617 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive what representations it has received about the proposed promoted posts structure for teachers in the Argyll and Bute Council area.

S1W-34618 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the proposal of Argyll and Bute Council to reduce the number of promoted posts for teachers is in keeping with the McCrone agreement.

S1W-34619 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it can and will take to ensure that local authorities comply with the McCrone agreement in relation to promoted posts for teachers.

S1W-34620 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will clarify the position in the McCrone agreement in relation to promoted posts for teachers and the advice that it gave to local authorities on the implementation of the agreement.

S1W-34622 Tavish Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress has been made with the policy and financial management review of the Scottish Environment Protection Agency.

S1W-34623 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-34294 by Margaret Curran on 9 March 2003, which members of the boards of social inclusion partnerships in Glasgow are members of the Labour Party.

S1W-34624 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive when the task group reviewing the licensing provisions in the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 will report.

S1W-34625 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress has been made with the review of the licensing provisions in the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982.

S1W-34626 Mr Andrew Welsh: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will decide what action, if any, should be taken regarding the statutory arrangements for controlling entry to NHS pharmaceutical lists.

S1W-34627 Mr Andrew Welsh: To ask the Scottish Executive whether businesses in Arbroath that are dependent on the white fish sector will benefit from the temporary rates relief measures announced on 11 March 2003.

S1W-34628 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many NHS trusts do not make any allowances in their staffing establishments for sickness and absence levels.

S1W-34629 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many NHS trusts have a shortfall between the number of employees and the actual full-time establishment in both nursing and ancillary areas and what any such shortfalls are, broken down by trust.

S1W-34630 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive how many hospital-acquired infections there have been in each hospital in each of the last five years.

S1W-34631 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive how many women have (a) received and (b) been refused fertility treatment in each of the last five years, broken down by NHS board area.
