S1W-34571 Donald Gorrie: To ask the Scottish Executive what the timetable is for the second stage of the review of initial teacher education and who will be commissioned to carry it out.

S1W-34572 Brian Fitzpatrick: To ask the Scottish Executive what information it holds on how many complaints have been made to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman or its predecessor by individuals about their treatment by local authorities in each of the last five years for which figures are available, what percentage of such complaints in that period resulted in the conduct of a formal investigation; in what percentage of formal investigations a finding of maladministration by a local authority was made; how many of the ombudsman’s staff engaged in the investigation of complaints of maladministration by local authorities in each of those years, and what funds were made available in each of those years for the investigation of complaints of maladministration by local authorities.

S1W-34573 Irene McGugan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many houses in Dundee are now centrally heated as a result of its central heating installation programme.

S1W-34574 Irene McGugan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many houses owned by Dundee City Council had no central heating in each year since 1999.

S1W-34575 John Farquhar Munro: To ask the Scottish Executive whether retinal imaging is included in free tests on the NHS and what the reasons are for the position on this matter.

S1W-34576 John Farquhar Munro: To ask the Scottish Executive what free eye tests are available on the NHS.

S1W-34577 Marilyn Livingstone: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has been informed when the Department for Education and Skills will commence the next quinquennial reviews of the Construction Industry Training Board and the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board.

S1W-34578 Michael Russell: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has received any proposals from Falkirk Council in respect of utilising a not-for-profit trust approach to a scheme for school rebuilding and refurbishment and, if so, on what date.

S1W-34579 Michael Russell: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will announce the successful bidders in the latest round of applications for school rebuilding and refurbishment under the public private partnership scheme.

S1W-34580 Michael Russell: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it or any of its special advisers or civil servants, acting officially or in any other capacity, has supplied any information to any organisation or individual outwith the Executive about proposals from Falkirk Council in respect of utilising a not-for-profit trust approach to a scheme for school rebuilding and refurbishment and, if so, to whom any such information was provided and what the reasons are for the position on this matter.

S1W-34581 Michael Russell: To ask the Scottish Executive how many proposals it has received from local authorities in respect of the new round of approvals for schemes for school rebuilding and refurbishment and how many such proposals seek to utilise not-for-profit trusts as the vehicle for the development.

S1W-34582 Phil Gallie: To ask the Scottish Executive what the cost has been of the consultation on the Public Charter for the Drinking Water Quality Regulator for Scotland.

S1W-34583 Phil Gallie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will not proceed with the proposed public charter for the Drinking Water Quality Regulator for Scotland in the light of the level of response and content of responses received in respect of its consultation on this matter.

S1W-34584 Phil Gallie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will consider setting a job specification for the Drinking Water Quality Regulator for Scotland that ensures that all requirements of a public service regulatory appointment are met.

S1W-34585 Karen Whitefield: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress is being made on the Supporting People initiative.

S1W-34586 Susan Deacon: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps are being taken to address concerns of women’s organisations about any increase in the licensing of lap dancing clubs.

S1W-34587 Susan Deacon: To ask the Scottish Executive what monitoring systems are in place in respect of licensing, and complaints about, lap dancing clubs.

S1W-34588 Susan Deacon: To ask the Scottish Executive what monitoring systems are in place to compare local authorities’ policies on licensing of lap dancing clubs.
