S1W-34088 Michael Russell: To ask the Scottish Executive how the (a) Scots and (b) Gaelic language will be assisted by the events planned to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the Union of the Crowns.

S1W-34112 Michael Russell: To ask the Scottish Executive what the (a) target and (b) actual response times have been for ambulance services in the Clydesdale area of the Lanarkshire NHS Board area in each of the last four years and how these figures compared with the national average.

S1W-34113 Michael Russell: To ask the Scottish Executive how many deaths there were from coronary heart disease in the Clydesdale area of the Lanarkshire NHS Board area in each of the last four years and how these figures compared with the national average.

S1W-34114 Michael Russell: To ask the Scottish Executive how many ambulance call outs connected with coronary heart disease there were in the Clydesdale area of the Lanarkshire NHS Board area in each of the last four years; how many of these call outs met the board's target response times, and how these figures compared with the national average.

S1W-34116Δ Angus MacKay: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it will take to implement the recommendations of the Expert Panel on School Meals.

S1W-34118 Scott Barrie: To ask the Scottish Executive how it will respond to recommendations of the Victoria Climbié Inquiry that are not addressed by the Commissioner for Children and Young People (Scotland) Bill.

S1W-34119 Scott Barrie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will review the arrangements for private fostering.

S1W-34120 Robin Harper: To ask the Scottish Executive how many cattle herds in former foot-and-mouth disease-infected areas have been re-stocked since the lifting of foot-and-mouth disease restrictions; how many herds have been tested for bovine tuberculosis; how many cattle have been confirmed positive, and in how many herds the source of infection was bought cattle.

S1W-34121 Robin Harper: To ask the Scottish Executive how many confirmed incidents of bovine tuberculosis have been identified in each local authority area in each quarter in (a) 2000, (b) 2001 and (c) 2002.

S1W-34122 Robin Harper: To ask the Scottish Executive how many farms have restocked with cattle after the foot-and-mouth disease outbreak and how many took its advice to isolate any bought cattle and to consider private bovine tuberculosis testing for such cattle.

S1W-34123 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive at what locations Scottish Water (a) holds, (b) treats and (c) otherwise disposes of sewage.

S1W-34124 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how Scottish Water treats sewage.

S1W-34125 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive what (a) volume and (b) percentage of sewage produced has been used in land restoration sites in each of the last three years.

S1W-34126 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive what land restoration sites are currently using sewage and, in respect of each such site, where the sewage is sourced and what monitoring of the (a) local environment and (b) health of the local population is carried out.

S1W-34127 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive what precautionary measures are in place to avoid (a) water and (b) aerosol contamination at land restoration sites using sewage.

S1W-34128 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive what precautionary measures are in place to protect workers employed at land restoration sites using sewage and, in particular, what monitoring of the health of such workers is carried out.

S1W-34129 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-27964 by Hugh Henry on 5 September 2002, whether each local authority listed has now (a) set up registers of interest for social inclusion partnership board members and (b) made all such registers available for public scrutiny.

S1W-34130 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-27648 by Hugh Henry on 22 August 2002, whether the review by Communities Scotland of financial procedures and practices in relation to the social inclusion partnership programme has been completed and, if it is not, when it will be completed.

S1W-34131 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive what the administrative costs were of each social inclusion partnership in 2001-02.

S1W-34132 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive which social inclusion partnerships (a) underspent and (b) overspent their budgets in 2001-02 and by how much in each case.

S1W-34133 Mrs Lyndsay McIntosh: To ask the Scottish Executive whether South Lanarkshire Volunteering Enterprise will qualify as a registered charity under the Hardship Fund for assistance with water rates.

S1W-34134 Mrs Lyndsay McIntosh: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of registered charities qualify under the Hardship Fund for assistance with water rates.

S1W-34135 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive how the additional financial aid for dentistry, announced on 12 February 2003, will be deployed and how much of it will be used to ensure that dentistry services are available at locations within reasonable travelling distance for people in rural areas.

S1W-34136 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will implement the recommendations made by the Enterprise and Lifelong Learning Committee in paragraphs 213 and 214 of its 1st Report 2003, Report on the Future of Tourism in Scotland, regarding renegotiation of the private finance initiative contract for Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd and review of some of the airport regulatory requirements under the current Civil Aviation Authority review.
