S1W-34005 Mr Keith Harding: To ask the Scottish Executive what the costs were of printing, publishing and distributing Scottish Welfare to Work Task Force Annual Report: Achievements 2002.

S1W-34006 Elaine Thomson: To ask the Scottish Executive what attention is being paid to diversity by the Scottish Social Services Council when it considers which qualifications will be recognised for people working in the social services workforce, given that diversity is one of the key principles underpinning the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001.

S1W-34007 Nicola Sturgeon: To ask the Scottish Executive what viruses and diseases haemophiliacs have been exposed to through blood transfusion products.

S1W-34008 Nicola Sturgeon: To ask the Scottish Executive whether blood products are being tested for hepatitis G.

S1W-34009 Nicola Sturgeon: To ask the Scottish Executive whether blood transfusion products are not being tested for hepatitis G and what the reasons are for the position on the matter.

S1W-34010 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive whether any reduction in fishing effort in the white fish sector has arisen due to the cancellation, sale or transferring of licences outwith the recent decommissioning scheme in each of the last three years and, if so, what the size of such a reduction has been in each year.

S1W-34011 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive how many mother and baby in-patient units carry out treatment of perinatal mental illness, broken down by NHS board area.

S1W-34012 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive what guidance has been issued regarding the treatment of perinatal mental illness.

S1W-34013 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive how many women have been diagnosed with a perinatal mental illness in each of the last five years.

S1W-34014 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive how many deaths have been recorded as a result of perinatal mental illness in each of the last five years.

S1W-34015 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive what specialist services are provided in each NHS board area for the diagnosis and treatment of perinatal mental illness.

S1W-34016 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive how many women have been admitted to adult psychiatric wards with their babies due to perinatal mental illness in each of the last five years, broken down by NHS board area.

S1W-34017 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there are any plans to research into best practice for the diagnosis and treatment of perinatal mental illness.

S1W-34018 Andrew Wilson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the investigation into fraudulent activity involving the individual learning account scheme has been completed and, if not, when the investigation will be complete.

S1W-34019 Andrew Wilson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many learning providers under the individual learning account scheme have been identified as having been involved in fraudulent activity and what this figure represents as a proportion of the total number of accounts opened.

S1W-34020 Andrew Wilson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many (a) reports have been referred to procurators fiscal and (b) arrests have been made in relation to identified fraudulent activity involving the individual learning account scheme.

S1W-34021 Andrew Wilson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether all monies owed to learning and training providers under the individual learning account scheme have been paid and, if not, which providers are still awaiting outstanding payments and how much is outstanding in each case.

S1W-34022 Andrew Wilson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many job losses have occurred to date as a result of the termination of the individual learning accounts scheme and how it calculated this figure.

S1W-34023 Andrew Wilson: To ask the Scottish Executive what compensation scheme it will introduce for small businesses that provided training under the individual learning account scheme and incurred losses as a result of payment delays while investigations took place into fraudulent activity under the scheme and what the reasons are for its position on this matter.

S1W-34024 Andrew Wilson: To ask the Scottish Executive what the total cost has been of the investigation into fraudulent activity under the individual learning account scheme; what amount has been budgeted for any further investigations, and from which departmental budget such amounts will be met.

S1W-34025 Andrew Wilson: To ask the Scottish Executive why the successor to the individual learning account scheme could not have commenced within this session of the Parliament.

S1W-34026 Andrew Wilson: To ask the Scottish Executive what improvements it is considering for inclusion in the administrative structure of a successor to the individual learning account scheme to overcome any difficulties experienced in the first.

S1W-34027 Nicola Sturgeon: To ask the Scottish Executive whether recipients of any blood products that have been exposed to hepatitis G are informed.

S1W-34028 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-33057 by Lewis Macdonald on 21 January 2003, whether it has received a final copy of the Society of Chief Officers of Transport roads condition report.

S1W-34029 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive what the (a) net revenue expenditure on roads maintenance and winter maintenance and (b) gross capital expenditure on the structural maintenance of roads has been in each of the last five years, broken down by local authority.

S1W-34030 Michael Russell: To ask the Presiding Officer whether the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body will ensure that the Scottish Youth Parliament is given access to the debating chamber for its annual general meeting on 29 and 30 March 2003.

S1W-34031 Michael Russell: To ask the Presiding Officer whether the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body is keen to encourage the work of the Scottish Youth Parliament (SYP) and whether it will assist the SYP by ensuring that it has access to the debating chamber for its major meetings, subject only to the requirements of other parliamentary business.

S1W-34032 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive how much of the (a) 175 million for 79 projects from the Public Transport Fund and (b) 20 million to local authorities for road and bridge repairs will be allocated to (i) Argyll and Bute Council and (ii) West Dunbartonshire Council and what the money will be spent on.

S1W-34033 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there have been any new road safety projects in the (a) West Dunbartonshire local authority, (b) Argyll and Bute local authority and (c) Dumbarton parliamentary constituency area in each of the last four years.

S1W-34034 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it has taken to improve transport links between Dumbarton and Glasgow since 1999.

S1W-34035 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people in the (a) Dumbarton parliamentary constituency and (b) West Dunbartonshire local authority area are eligible for free local off-peak bus travel.

S1W-34036 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive how much Strathclyde Passenger Transport has been allocated to enable free local off-peak bus travel in its area.

S1W-34037 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive how much of the annual (a) regeneration and (b) social inclusion partnership (SIP) budget was allocated to SIPs in (i) West Dunbartonshire and (ii) Argyll and Bute local authority area in each year since 1997.

S1W-34038 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive how much of the 0/15/15 million to be invested in tackling anti-social behaviour through neighbourhood wardens, support schemes and other local initiatives, as referred to in Building a Better Scotland: Spending Proposals 2003-2006: What the money buys, will be allocated to the (a) Dumbarton parliamentary constituency, (b) Argyll and Bute Council and (c) West Dunbartonshire Council in each year and to what projects.

S1W-34039 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of households with children have been in temporary accommodation in the (a) Argyll and Bute and (b) West Dunbartonshire local authority area in each year since 1997 and what action is being taken to reduce these figures.

S1W-34040 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive how much funding has been allocated to the rough sleepers initiative in the (a) Argyll and Bute and (b) West Dunbartonshire local authority area since the inception of the initiative and how successful the initiative has been.

S1W-34041 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive what the grant aided expenditure settlement has been for (a) Argyll and Bute Council and (b) West Dunbartonshire Council in each year since 1997 showing the percentage change year on year.

S1W-34042 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive what the capital consent has been for (a) Argyll and Bute Council and (b) West Dunbartonshire Council in each year since 1997.

S1W-34043 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive how much money additional to the grant aided expenditure settlement, for example through the Better Neighbourhood Services Fund and other such initiatives, it has awarded to (a) Argyll and Bute Council and (b) West Dunbartonshire Council in each year since 1997.

S1W-34044 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many GP referrals to consultants there have been in the Grampian NHS Board area in each of the last five years.

S1W-34045 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive what representations it has made regarding the inquiry into the proposed EU regulations on official controls on products of animal origin intended for human consumption (COM (2002)377 final).

S1W-34046 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive whether brown tourist signage indicating accommodation is sufficiently informative in relation to the type of accommodation available, given that such signs do not specify what type of accommodation is available and whether this practice is consistent with the Executive's position in respect of grading hostel accommodation from one to five stars.

S1W-34048 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-30425 by Mike Watson on 25 November 2002, how many people have visited Scotland on holiday to participate in outdoor pursuits in each month of 2003 to date and what its estimate is of the total number of such visitors in 2002.

S1W-34049 Colin Campbell: To ask the Scottish Executive how it monitors the procedures used by local authorities in relation to disciplining, removing or transferring head teachers.

S1W-34050 Colin Campbell: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the procedures for disciplining, removing or transferring head teachers are uniform throughout Scotland.

S1W-34051 Bruce Crawford: To ask the Scottish Executive what the levels of emissions of carbon dioxide were in (a) 2000, (b) 2001 and (c) 2002, broken down by source.

S1W-34052 Bruce Crawford: To ask the Scottish Executive what the air quality concentrations were at all monitoring sites for (a) lead, (b) particulate matter 10 emissions, (c) nitrogen dioxide, (d) carbon monoxide, (e) ground level ozone and (f) sulphur dioxide in (i) 1999, (ii) 2000, (iii) 2001 and (iv) 2002.

S1W-34053 Bruce Crawford: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to build a processing plant for energy crops and what the reasons are for its position on this matter.
