*S1M-3896 Pauline McNeill: Celtic Connections 10th Anniversary—That the Parliament congratulates the organisers of the Celtic Connections traditional music festival on achieving ten years of celebrating Celtic music and notes that this annual festival, that takes place in January each year, is now firmly established as Scotland's largest Celtic music event.
