S1W-33199 Cathy Peattie: To ask the Scottish Executive how many convictions there have been in each of the last three years for an offence where an aggravation of homophobic malice has been (a) alleged and (b) proven.

S1W-33214 Pauline McNeill: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it will take in respect of any discrimination by insurance companies and other agencies against pregnant women routinely tested for HIV in the Greater Glasgow NHS Board area from April 2003.

S1W-33227 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-27513 by Lewis Macdonald on 7 August 2002, what subsequent progress has been made by local authorities in establishing Quality Partnerships and Quality Contract Schemes with bus operators under the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001.

S1W-33228 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive what the full costs were of printing, publishing and distributing the annual report of the Scottish Arts Council in each year since 1998.

S1W-33229 Kay Ullrich: To ask the Scottish Executive which minister and department is responsible for deciding which towns appear on trunk road boundary signs.

S1W-33230 Brian Fitzpatrick: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will consider introducing physician assistants in support of the work of GPs and improved access to primary care services.

S1W-33231 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive why introduction of the new GP contract has been delayed until 21 February 2003 and when the contract will be fully implemented.

S1W-33232 Mr Jamie McGrigor: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has made an assessment of the potential impact of the proposed accession of 10 new member states to the European Union in 2004 and whether this enlargement will affect the quota shares of Scottish fishermen.

S1W-33233 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive when it plans to lay before the Parliament the Scottish Outdoor Access Code, defined in the Land Reform (Scotland) Bill.

S1W-33234 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive what work is currently being undertaken to develop the proposed Scottish Outdoor Access Code, defined in the Land Reform (Scotland) Bill; which organisations are participating in any such work, and whether any such organisations are doing so directly or through Scottish Natural Heritage.

S1W-33235 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive what account will be taken of the views of the Scottish Gamekeepers Association in drawing up the Scottish Outdoor Access Code, defined in the Land Reform (Scotland) Bill.

S1W-33240 Iain Smith: To ask the Scottish Executive what the current average waiting times are for (a) an initial appointment in respect of chronic pain and (b) subsequent treatment.

S1W-33241 Murdo Fraser: To ask the Scottish Executive what the incidence of Johne’s disease has been in cattle in those years for which figures are available.

S1W-33253 Irene McGugan: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-27533 by Lewis Macdonald on 8 August 2002, in what year the Assignation Statement related to the Invergarry-Kyle of Lochalsh Trunk Road (A87) Extension (Skye Bridge Crossing) Toll Order 1992 in respect of the Skye Bridge was published; by whom it was made, and whether it was advertised in The Press and Journal and, if so, on what date.
