S1W-33117 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive which local authorities will be included in the Inclusive Learning Network for children with special educational needs announced by the Minister for Education and Young People on 14 January 2003; how much each local authority will receive from the 150,000 announced for the network, and what formula will determine the amounts received by local authorities.

S1W-33118 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive what period the 150,000 announced by the Minister for Education and Young People on 14 January 2003 for the Inclusive Learning Network for children with special educational needs will cover.

S1W-33119 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive when the Inclusive Learning Network for children with special educational needs announced by the Minister for Education and Young People on 14 January 2003 will be expanded to enable all local authorities to become part of the scheme.

S1W-33136 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what additional resources have been made available to Lothian and Borders Police because of increased security risks from terrorist attacks.

S1W-33137 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive how many Lothian and Borders Police officers in the City of Edinburgh area have had less than (a) one year's service and (b) two years' service in each year since 1999, broken down by division.

S1W-33164 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many consultancy contracts have been entered into by each local enterprise company in each of the last three years; how many such contracts are currently in place, and what percentage of the annual budget of each company each such contract has represented.

S1W-33175 Mr John McAllion: To ask the Scottish Executive whether 27 million was made available to fund implementation of Part 1 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001, as referred to by Mr Jack McConnell in his answer to question S1F-1518 on 20 December 2001; if so, how this money was allocated, how much was allocated to each local authority and what the reasons were for each allocation and how each local authority has spent its allocation.

S1W-33177 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what expenditure it incurred as a result of the foot-and-mouth disease outbreak, broken down by department showing the type of expenditure incurred and including any support measures for (a) agricultural and (b) non-agricultural businesses and producers and whether there was any contribution to this expenditure from (i) HM Treasury and (ii) the European Union.
