Section I : Petitions lodged on 6 January 2003

  

The following Petitions were lodged with the Parliament on 6 January 2003-

PE592 Petition by George McAuley on behalf of the UK Men's Movement, calling for the Scottish Parliament to introduce mechanisms to allow voters to express dissatisfaction with all candidates in an election to the Scottish Parliament or to local councils.

PE593 Petition by Mr Duncan Shields on behalf of Fathers Fighting Injustice, calling for the Scottish Parliament to ask the Scottish Executive to take emergency action to address the alleged discrimination shown by the judicial system in Scotland against fathers and their children in relation to divorce actions.

PE594 Petition by Mr Thomas C. S. Ross, calling for the Scottish Parliament to ask the Scottish Executive to fund the medical requirements of International Amateur Boxing Association to eliminate abuse of amateur boxers in Scotland.
