S1W-30044 Bill Butler: To ask the Scottish Executive when it expects to publish its report on the progress made against the Statistical Plan 2001-02.

S1W-30045 Robert Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it is taking to ensure that public transport workers, passengers and vehicles are protected from the effects of anti-social behaviour, including violence, vandalism and smoking.

S1W-30046 Robert Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive whether any systems are currently in place to monitor the incidence of anti-social behaviour on public transport and, if not, whether it has any plans to introduce any such system.

S1W-30047 Dennis Canavan: To ask the Scottish Executive when the Education Maintenance Allowance scheme will be extended across the whole of Scotland.

S1W-30050 Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-28706 by Mr Jim Wallace on 24 September 2002, what annual savings it estimates that it will make by contracting out prisoner escorts.

S1W-30051 Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-28706 by Mr Jim Wallace on 24 September 2002, when it will be able to give the cost to the Scottish Prison Service of providing prisoner escorts in each of the last three years and whether it will place the information in the Scottish Parliament Information Centre once it is available.

S1W-30052 Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-28706 by Mr Jim Wallace on 24 September 2002, whether it has sought any external advice with regard to contracting out prisoner escorts.

S1W-30053 Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Scottish Executive what the costs of education services have been in each Scottish Prison Service prison in each of the last five years.

S1W-30055 Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Scottish Executive why the number of proceedings taken by procurators fiscal in cases of vandalism fell as a proportion of cases cleared up by the police between 1997 and 2000.

S1W-30056 Kate Maclean: To ask the Scottish Executive when the first results of the 2001 Census will be published.

S1W-30057 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive how many (a) (i) reports to and (ii) proceedings taken by procurators fiscal and (b) convictions there have been in each of the last three years under section 19(1) of the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995.

S1W-30065 Angus MacKay: To ask the Scottish Executive what the annual expenditure on drug-related activities has been in each year since 1996, broken down by expenditure on crime, education, rehabilitation and treatment.
